I'm eating round two per packet rice crackers....If I'm correct in my reading of the Chinese, I think they're called snow biscuits/crackers, presumably because they have sweet white sugar bits on top...the slightly salty flavour of the rice crackers with the sugar makes for an interesting flavour combination.

I could easily have lemon juice because there's a lemon tree at my place, but I've grown out of the stage when I loved lemon on its own. home style lemonade I'm quite happy to have when the weather is right.

It's for a cleanse. I like giving myself strange challenges with food. Also I wanted to see how my skin would be effected.

I wish I had a lemon tree. I don't think our climate is really good for it though.
