Ah I understand now. I'm so sorry Anarchy. Is there anyway you could tell them how you feel? Not that you have time now, as the weekend is over. But still, I wish that there had been a way for everyone to be more considerate.

I'm glad you were able to find time to get on LDen. I'm doing good and I heard from a few others that they are excited over the new CI. Have you seen it yet?

Welcome back Kirin, you sure do a lot of wondering. How is life treating you this journey through the forums?

It was probably getting a bit off topic anyway, always best to leave that kinda thing alone.

Also... Hello everyone! :D
How is your day going?

Oh wow, that can be a strange topic. There are people that are moderates and what many consider normal, then there are all those extremists on either side that make life hard because of opinions based on nothing more than bias. I'm a fan of facts and like to research out things before I say much where opinions are heated.

Do you feel good for it? You must have been tired to have sleep so long. Now that you are awake, you have the week to look forward to :D

I'm glad for you. Are you having fun? I find artsy things to be most enjoyable and a way to make life less stressful. So I am glad for you and that you have a project to work on. Show us when you are done hun.

We are very proud of you. I find killing anything difficult, but my fear of them is more intolerable. So if there is no one around to save me, I generally pull out the bug spray to ensure it ceases movement, then I find a way to get it to the toilet or trash.

Oh my, quite the lioness we have in our midst. Glad you could come Ofelia, even if it is a short visit.

Oh darling, I'm sorry. You could always go to a library, find a back corner where an arm chair or small couch is at, pretend you are reading and then fall asleep. That way you can get a good nap in to fortify you. At least I think that would work...

Next time you have neighbors like that, call the police. I'm not kidding. Keep your lights off when they come and the neighbors won't know it was you.

But I think they moved out.

So glad that they left. I can totally understand the relief that you must feel over that. I loved vacations in college when either I went home or everyone else in the dorm went home. Got some peace and quiet that was much wanted.

Go for it. We are all hoping so for you darling. Sleep well okay. And if it doesn't work... libraries!

MoodyBats 05-20-2013 01:27 AM

Maiden;
I can't go to the library. As for my art, it doesn't look too great.
The shading i mean. x.x

maidenroseheart 05-20-2013 03:21 AM

I'm sorry dear. Forget the library then. Have you tried buying ear plugs for when neighbors are loud and listening to rainymood.com when they are not loud? That might be a thought.

I don't always shade on my art. Sometimes I find a more cartoon version to be nicer.

lol, good girl and I am glad for you. My place is so small that I have no other side to go to. So I must act if I can't get help.

Zombie Pixie 05-20-2013 03:51 AM

It was just a small spider thank goodness
dont know if i would of done it if it had been a big one >_<

maidenroseheart 05-20-2013 03:58 AM

A large spider or any large/usual critter is a formidable opponent for us to deal with. It is something that even contemplating sends shudders flying down my spine. I don't like them. Guess you could always dial 911 and ask for assistance that way in the most panicky voice you can muster... thought I doubt they would appreciate that.

That reminds me of a story. A little boy called 911 and the guy answered to find that the boy wanted help with his math homework. The man was kind and helped the boy out. At the end of the call, in the background, you could hear the mother asking the boy why he was on the phone and who it was. She freaked out needless to say.

Angelbug 05-20-2013 04:01 AM

I always have to kill the spiders for mu Hubby. :) I don't mind except the black widows are yuck.

Zombie Pixie 05-20-2013 04:01 AM

lol i bet she freaked out and gave him a lovely talk about why that wasnt okay

The Wandering Poet 05-20-2013 04:06 AM

Haha... I'd totally help him with his math XD

Zombie Pixie 05-20-2013 04:07 AM

Math is evil..just pure evil

The Wandering Poet 05-20-2013 04:11 AM

And that is why I would help him...

Zombie Pixie 05-20-2013 04:14 AM

You cant just help someone with something pure evil! D:
Well okay maybe you could but we all know where helping someone with math leads
It's a slippery slope my friend..you help them and then you really start "helping" them and by helping i mean just giving them the answers v_v

Wonderlands 05-20-2013 04:15 AM

I totally find him calling 911 understandable. Math homework sucked. :<

Maybe he was being possessed by the devil or something and it was a life or death situation if he got a question wrong?

Man, if I had a hubby, he would get the killing job. I am just too sweet to. I'll even put that into our wedding vows if I have to.

She was pretty upset. You could hear her in the background trying to explain in a suddenly high pitched voice why that wasn't okay. It was amusing.

It is so cute isn't it :D I would have helped him too. I remember a story about a little boy who was told if they needed anything to call the operator. So when his family wasn't home, he picked up the phone and pressed zero for the operator. The first time was because he smashed his thumb. Another time for homework help. He asked all kinds of questions and sometimes just chatted with the lady for the longest time. One of the most heart-warming moments was when he called to say his parrot died and how sad he was.

When he was an adult, he went to look for the kind lady and went to that city, pushed zero, and asked for the operator. It was her. They talked for several hours before he hung up promising to come to her work and see her. Several weeks later he went to her work where a co-worker of hers informed him that she had died, but encouraged him by leaving a note before her death to remember the words she had given him concerning her parrot. She ended her note with how she had always wanted kids but didn't have any. He had given her purpose and she had not been lonely because of him.

It isn't evil, instead it is a complex puzzle that only those with the patience to solve it enjoy. It takes time and time is something so few invest in things except for that which is entertaining.

Oh darlings, he was like in 1st or 2nd grade. Just a little kid you know. He would have found it very important without any restraints we have when we are older.

Zombie Pixie 05-20-2013 04:17 AM

I remember how back in elementary school all the math books had the answers in the back of the book :3
<_< Not that i would just give up and cheat by doing that

And who asks for help with math anymore?
I mean you could just google the answer now a days

Edit:
Oh first or second grade o: i see

I remember those books. All the odd questions had answers. If I was dealing with a new problem, I checked to see if I was doing them right that way. I found though that I liked math back then. It wasn't until college that I thought of it as not being fun.

In college the teacher would teach the lesson but not break it down enough for me. Another student would spend the second half of class reteaching me while everyone else did seatwork. So I got it, but I had to ask for help in order to get it.

Google isn't, to me, as good as one on one tutoring. I like someone right there to explain it for me.

Zombie Pixie 05-20-2013 04:23 AM

If your going to google to get an answer..your not looking to be tutored :P

maidenroseheart 05-20-2013 04:26 AM

Which is exactly why I don't google answers. It doesn't help me understand the problem nor how to solve it nor how I came to the answer that I have. I much prefer asking for help from another person. In these days, that is more and more difficult. Seems like those who know answers are fewer and farther between.

For instance, in middle school I was doing my thing when a relative that married into my family asked me the answers to all these questions his potential employer wanted answered. It was simple school questions that anyone in first middle school, then high school, could answer. I learned later that though I was proud I could answer, he in fact couldn't have and I helped him get a job by causing his employers to think he was smarter than he was. That adults would not know such basics blew my mind.

Oh man, that is horrible. I understand that the show must go on, but to not go double check on someone you potentially hurt is just rude. That really gets my ire up because I don't like those who think only of themselves.

Yay for engineers! I am ready a book about a guy in Bible times who has a group of men. One of the men is an engineer and he comes to the rescue many times for all kinds of things like getting a fallen tree out of the path and creating a stretcher specifically for the type of wound another person had.

Zombie Pixie 05-20-2013 04:44 AM

It kinda made me giggle the people around here didnt even seem to care that she was in pain.. and i felt bad for giggling
One lady seemed to care till the dude singing like was right by her

The Wandering Poet 05-20-2013 04:44 AM

Yup he's an engineer alright [lol]
