I definetly like the new 'thread of the week' thing they have going on though.. it is mega cool.

'giggles and joins Desi' the down side to spring? means it gets hot during the day but at least its cool during the night.. 'sigh' star can kiss her day time habbits good bye until fall.

she goes for walks. the very begining of spring, and fall are the best times for star to walk otuside. cause star's a bit.. big.. okay some would jsut out and say 'fat' but im working on loseing the weight, so its gonna be miserable to walk the hotter it gets. but im doing good, i've come down from 500 if i keep going maybe i can reach three hundred before winter shows up again.

so does star, star also has a bit of a asthma problem where cold weather is better for her to breath in. so she tends to become house bound a lot during hte summer unless she has a water bottle on her, but she jsut bought a new water bottle taht she can roll up when done with so hopefully after i get another one that'll allow her to be outside more..

That's a great goal, Do you ever worry about extra skin you will have when you lose the weight?

not really. there's excercises you can do to get the skin to shrink a little. right now my only goal is to get down to 300, if i get there, then I'll worrie about it. i don't mind being 'fat' i just don't want to be so fat that walkign around the store causes my legs and back to hurt. i REFUSE to use a moterized cart. those are for people who can't walk very far o rhave casts on their feet. and im just stubborn.

yeah, i have a polysystic something , and I also have depression, which if my mother had gotten me help when i was younger, wouldnt' of contributed so heavily to my health but as she didn't it did.

me to 'rubs eyes' of coruse not being able to sleep because it was so hot and icky last night was not fun. iw as up until five this morning.
