What's Xanax for?

It's an antianxiety medication.

I find it intriguing that so many people don't know that. I thought it was common knowledge.

I'm not even sure we have it here, so...

Apparently Xanax in its proper form got moved to schedule 8 in 2013 so you can't get it in Australia. But you can get the generic form alprazolam which seems kind of weird to me.

Yeah I'd prefer the non name brand drug aswell. Not as pricey and does the same thing. XD

Occasionally I find that generic drugs have a slightly different formula and don't work as well. Generic Ambien is one of them. It does not work nearly as well as name brand.

What's Ambien for again?

That's a sleeping pill. I kind of feel like a walking pharmacy now.

Ahh I never use sleeping pills. I use "sleepy time tea" :D It sounded familiar though.

My mom has maaaajor sleeping issues. As in, at the sleep study, they couldn't even diagnose them because she didn't sleep at all the entire night.

Oh my. That poor woman. My gran was a kitchen witch so she'd always tell me and my mom about herbal remedies. I've always had problems with sleep as well. I'm more afraid of the side effects and cost from some of the prescription drugs than teas.

*sigh* Staying at the pointy end of go kart racing is starting to become expensive.

Oh my that doesn't sound good. It must be something you really love then. :)

Yeah, she has a lot of health issues, too. And when she does sleep, she twitches like a bunny. Melatonin works pretty well on me. I occasionally have to add in Valerian root, but I have to watch that one because of my anti depressants.

It's not good at all.
I do love it, but damn, it's expensive. And now I'm looking at getting another kart, to run two classes.
