I totally can relate, and I know that I'm too hard on myself too at times. But beating yourself up won't help any, at least that's what I keep telling myself. I know that I, myself, need to loose weight, and I've had people allude to that fact... which doesn't help my frame of mind any, for sure.

We all have times we feel insecure & don't like the way we look.

I haven't really lost any weight since i've started again. Maybe I have but just don't realize it.. I didn't put my current weight, just started at 245 again. Guess I should put my current weight huh?

Sometimes it is hard to get started, that's one thing that mom and I learned when we did weight watchers years ago. Just don't give up! You can do it!

Losing weight is difficult. My weight has been up & down for years.
No matter how many people told me I needed to lose weight, I couldn't until I was ready to do it for myself.

People love to point out that I weigh too much - that I need to loose weight, and that only makes me want to just curl up and cry even more (because I already have super low self esteem, but people pointing it out without always really meaning to make me feel bad... doesn't help). I know that I need to lose weight, but people pointing it out, saying that the only place I can find clothes that fit proper is at plus size stores... and when the only place I manage to find anything that looks good at said plus size stores, they say told you so... I've even given up on horse back riding as I know people will not want me riding as I weigh too much, because being over weight can be bad for the horses, and I used to love horse back riding.

I've never been horse back riding. Since I was always overweight I never thought about doing stuff like that. I have been overweight since about the second grade.
I still have problems finding clothes that fit or look right on me. Seems like some of the companies have gotten a little weird with the sizing they put on the clothes.

We can always try to keep each other motivated.
I still would like to lose another 40 pounds, then I would be back to the least I weighted in college.
I was by no means skinny, but I was happier at that weight.

We can do it!!

When I was riding every day for school, I went down four pant sizes in one semester. I could eat whatever I wanted and still loose weight. But since I stopped, the pounds just got put right back on. T_T
The one friend who keeps talking about my weight, and talking about how "fat" she used to be... And then makes comments about how I can have her clothes that she can no longer wear, and when her mom offers me clothes she makes comments about how she would take them but they'd be too big on her... But with this tone of voice that sounds like "you need to loose weight." -.- *sighs*

I don't even know what weight I am right now because I avoid scales like the plague, because I know all it will do is throw me into a downward spiral that won't get me anywhere good.

I only know how much I weight because of having to go to the doctor for check-ups.

I've not been to the doctor in ages.
We don't have the money to go to the doctor. Well we do have the money, but unless it is an absolutely emergency, I will not go - so that is hardly ever.

I have to go because I am diabetic, which is the other reason I really needed to lose the weight.

I don't ever go to the doctor until it's the *cough* female doctor or dentist.

Guess I'll go play Wii fit. Still thinking about making a thread for my weight loss journey, maybe it'd help.

I'm not really here as I'm kind of in a really bad mood tonight, and I know people will get on my case about it if I am around.

...You can even use a hammer for working out to lose weight! :D (Which I also need to do XD)

And that would hurt and I'm not into violence... So no, that is not an option.

and no, I don't mean the eventual lung cancer, but when you have to live off rollies because your boyfriend is too cheap to buy you an actual pack of cigarettes and his father has the good ones and you haven't had a good one in while it makes you want to kill somebody or something.

Anyways, now that my violent craziness is over....
