I've never really had an opportunity to do it before.
I was pulling out cash to pay for my own drink but when I heard that she needed 2$ for her drink, I was like "I can pay for it." I do have a card with cash from my meal plan that I paid for my drink with - I just wasn't sure if it was working. Thankfully it was. :)
it does!
I'll stick it up in my post on the first page. :)

When I sub for elementary school I feel like I've been run over by a train. With high school I get to work with the subjects I really love and the kids are a little more mature. I like little kids more one on one.

I'm sorry to hear that! But I'm glad you are calming down!
I need to make dinner soon!
It's through an organization called "Donorschoose" - it helps teachers who can't afford to fund projects for their class. I'm trying to get some new instruments in the class so my kids don't have to wait 2 or 3 turns to play the instruments - we can play together and accomplish a lot more!

Yeah, it was bad. But I'm glad that I do know quite a few people in class, which helps, and Sho (my teacher -- do you know the actress Shoshannah Stern? She's my teacher - no joke) is easy to approach and read so that helps - it's a class with no interpreter. So I have 2 Deaf classes with no 'terp, and one with two 'terps. So that helps a bit at least.
Oh, food! I got myself a turkey and cheese crossant and some chai, as I kinda forgot to eat breakfast in my whole break down earlier. Oops! At least Sho let us go early!
Oh, cool! Never hurts to try! :) If you want, send me the link and I can see if I can get some friends of mine to help out? If that would help any? ^_^

Yeah, like 5 people from my ASL 5 class and another few from the dorms, or previous classes.
Sho is pretty easy to read, thankfully. And helps too that I have had her before. She's cute and funny, and adorable!
Food is food, I should eat more than I did eat, but that should be enough - hopefully - to hold me through my next class. It was good though. Thankfully. ^_^
Yeah! I come from a musically inclined family, so I'm sure that a few people that I know would be totally willing to help out!! :) We're all for helping out music in schools!! :D

That is an awesome organization! I can't do much to donate right now (stupid student loans), but if I get a little extra funds, I'll keep you in mind!
Yeah, kindergarten is exhausting, but to be honest, all the way up to seventh grade is pretty exhausting for me. Tenth and eleventh graders are my favorite. But I started as a supplemental instructor for college, so that probably has a lot to do with it. I like seniors the first semester but second semester, the second their GPAs get frozen, they just stop giving a crap.

Our program is a pretty small - in comparison to other programs, where if you end up with some people you're pretty much guaranteed to have them show up in other classes. I just didn't know how many people there would be that I know, but at least 9 or so, out of a 22 person class, I know. And a few more that I have seen around, but don't know all that well.
Yeah, I have one more. It starts at 4 pm, but it's a spoken class, so my brain can rest from sign - not that it does, but I don't have to work too hard to make sure I understand.
Alright! I'll let you know when they both arrive!
I'm on email watch now, because our mail room will email us if we get something that's too big to put in our mail box, which is most things. *lol*
Thank you!
