that way she didn't even have to make you feel bad
which is what i feel she was going for, to guilt you into staying

it is wrong to guilt some one into staying. they they dont do their job so well because they dont want to be there.

well and I told her - I was looking for a job closer to my family and one that paid 5 days a week (my old school paid 4 days a week but then put all my extra meetings, trainings, and performances on that 5th day that was supposedly my day off - and they never paid me for it).

As much as it sucks to lose a teacher - you should be supportive if they are leaving for good reasons... >.<
