Hehe, it helps that I did the same thing only three years ago. So I know my hair won't take all that long to grow out. The first time I was terrified.

Maggie: you look great!! I did that - I think mine was 13 inches or so, it took awhile to get used to, but it grows back. <3 And I felt good doing something like that for people who don't have hair. :) That hair style looks great on you too!! <3

I wish I had thought to measure my hair like that, I don't have a really good before and after picture, sadly. But it was about the same length - maybe a bit longer, as I don't think I cut nearly as much off, but yeah, it was a good experience. Would definitely take me a bit of time to really think about doing it again. My hair short, is uncontrollable. [lol]

I don't think I could stand mine that long. I got so frustrated with my hair at waist length that I just ended up keeping it in a clip all the time. I don't have the patience for long hair.

I only thought to do it this time because I didn't last time and I wished I had. I only got after pictures last time.

you are so pretty and I love that hair cut on you. I had my hair cut that way about a year ago. sadly I have not been able to donate my hair lately as I dyed it.

You are the sweetest. [blush] Yeah, I only dye red, which is mild and still donate-able. As long as you don't bleach anything you're okay. Luckily, since I've got ash colored hair, I never have to bleach unless I highlight.
