Paypal is pretty much the best thing out there, imo. No problems ever. You just have to be careful yourself and not like, enter your details anywhere.

It's a card that you load money onto at the shops. Like you buy the card (It's like $3) take it to the front desk and get them to load whatever amount of money you want onto them.
There are once use cards and then there are ones that you can constantly load money onto. I can't help you much with this since I'm from another country, I think. So the cards may be different where you are but here they are "Prepaid Mastercards". It seems that they are in some sort of partnership with one of our major supermarkets.

** You link your address to them and just enter all the details like you would with a normal credit/debit card.
