I've got your typical dark brown eyes. I've got a blue ring around them, but you can't really see it [lol]

I dont even take a picture of my self, even in costume.

Yeah, I wonder if that plays into my love of sunflowers? [lol] I'm not sure exactly what color of eyes my brother has, he's never sitting still long enough for me to really see them, but I think they're brown? *shrugs* :P

I've gotten good with self portraits to the point where I've had people ask me if someone else has taken the picture. xD

Lunna, haha, I was working on finding a few examples. :)

These three are examples of that - my selfies that I've taken where people don't always believe that I was the one holding the camera to take the picture. [lol] The black and white one is the one that most people don't believe that it's a selfie, but yes, all three of these were taken by me, not using a tripod but actually holding the camera to take the picture. [yes]

1 (from this past summer, taken on my FujiFilm FinePix camera)
2 (this one is a super old one, but I love how it turned out - taken on my Kodak Easy Share camera)
3 (Taken last semester on my iPhone with HDR on)

Oh, I know. I'm down about $50 over the past few months from people taking my coins and stuff.

I LOVE the black and white one. it is really nice and the hardiest one to believe is not some one else taking it. you must have gotten really good at shooting without seeing the screen. I can do most from the hip shots because I have a few friends that go to con with me and dont like pictures of themselves.

That black and white one is brilliant! [drool]

Lunna: Oh, yeah - what y'all don't seem to realize is those pictures were one of like 20 or so pictures each to just get just the right angle or shot, as to hide the angle of where the camera is and where my arm is. And that Black and White one is the one that I get that the most with. [yes] But the other two have gotten it a few times. [yes] I've learned angles by holding my phone/camera into a mirror and to figure out what angle works best - the camera shot, but not getting the camera/phone in the picture because I hate that - the phone in the picture. But that's just me.

One of my parent's friends does that, he's a professional photographer and he's really good at hip shots. I've not mastered that yet, but I am good at figuring out how to get good candid shots of people though despite that. :)

as I have been perfecting the hip shot for years. I have a stuffed animal that goes with me to con that I have people take pictures with. also makes it so I dont have to ask some one to take my picture with other people. my dad has a camera that has a flip view finder that makes hip shots so easy but he wont let me have it.

Mmmm, I can understand that making it easier. But I make do with being sneaky given the size of my camera that I have. [yes] I have a pretty big block of a camera, but it takes amazing photos! [yes]

my dads is a block and my old one was, now I have nicer sleek model from four years ago.

And these are just a small handful of those moments I've managed to capture without them being fully aware that I was taking pictures. [:)] Mostly because I'm too lazy to find more as I have so many pictures that finding specific ones is really hard. [zzz]
