It's a long process, which us people would make it short by opening a book and staring, and closing.

The exam? Doesn't hurt to start studying it now, then. By the time 2016 rolls around you'll have it committed to memory, and you'll do much better and won't be as stressed out!

Yeah, the syllabus is long and extends for the entire two years D: Its only 5 months I've started, and if I'm finding this too hard I'm going to drop ._. I might as well do something else that I can do instead, if I feel like I'm going to fail What do you want to study?

Yes, ew. The city was invaded by them last year, therefore the house was, and it seems to be happening again. There's always SOME bug in abundance. *groan* I dread the warmer months. It's annoying, plus I'm terrified of insects.
/I literally have not been the same since one year when it was gypsy moths
/last time I saw one, I cried, went to bed, and spent the next day cleaning/organizing to keep my mind off of it
The "no squished gnat here" thing was because last night one landed on my laptop screen, so I jumped up and slammed the lid.

I HATE bugs. I feel your pain.
I can't even kill them though, I'm too afraid of them to get close enough to kill them. xD
I once almost made my ex crash his car by accident...because there was a baby spider on the windshield and I started absolutely panicking.
Except it was on the outside of the windshield, soooo he didn't talk to me for awhile.
I can not deal with bugs, I just can't. My brain shuts down.

Same here! I am the exact same way. That's totally something that would happen to me. I have had similar experiences.
Once after I got into the backseat of my mom's car, I heard a buzzing sound, and there was a bee right next to me. I screamed and got out on the other side. Thank God I hadn't buckled my seat belt yet. It's concerning what becomes of me when I see a bee, but it's because I know they can actually hurt me! Everyone's always like, "If you stay calm, they'll go away." It's kinda hard to stay calm when every fiber of your being is screaming, "Danger! Get away!"
I could make several 30-gold posts containing all my bug stories.

I HATE WHEN PEOPLE SAY "STAY CALM".
I.can.not.
Ugh, that makes me so angry! I have a phobia, it's an irrational fear, yes, I understand that! Doesn't change the fact that it is there, it exists. I am not about to stay calm! I see a bug and my breathing becomes erratic and I start panicking immediately. I would love to calmly go squish the life out of the bug, but that's not in the cards for me!

Finally! Someone who understands! I am so happy right now. I'm not the only one in the world who's like this.
I discovered that a container of soap and water doesn't attract bugs, but they'll immediately drown if they land in it. Therefore I have bowls of soap and wtaer near my computers right now. If only I could get those stupid gants to land in them every time they come around! And yes, it is unsettling when I have to refill the bowl or throw it away while it has dead bugs in it. At least they're dead and won't come at me. All I have to do is look as little as possible.
"Stay calm" and "Why don't you just fan it away?" are the worst. I can't DO THAT!

OMG!! I used to keep a cup full of water and dawn soap on my desk next to my computer.
I had to stop because my kittens were trying to drink out of it! xD
I had to make my boyfriend dump it for me, but at least I knew they were going to die.
I wont even clean up dead bugs. Even if they are clearly dead, and squished, someone else has to get a napkin and clean it up, because WHAT IF. What if it WASN'T dead, and it crawls out and is then on my arm?
And dead bugs cannot be thrown out in the trash in my room. Nope, because again, what if? If it's not dead, and crawls out of the trash, well that is NOT going to be happening it my bedroom. Nope.

Yikes!
I'm not the one who throws the bowls away at the end of the season, honestly. I don't clean up dead bugs. Like I was saying last night, If I had squished that gnat on my screen, I would NOT have been the one who cleaned it up. I don't like the thought of even indirectly touching those horrid things.
You know what's scary? accidentally bumping something that makes the water in the bowl move, and then the bugs in it move.
Once while home alone, I saw something that was definitely a bug on this huge curtain we have covering a window that almost spans the whole wall. (It gets bugs in it often. My computer is near this curtain. Fun times, right?) It didn't move for a really long time, but it moved a little bit. I called my mom and told her, and she drove all the way home from the mall just to kill it for me. She said it was a ladybug. Don't even get me started on ladybug season.

I've made my boyfriend come over just to kill bugs. I also have no shame in waking you up in the middle of the night to kill an insect. I really don't care if you get mad, I want this bug dead and gone, end of story.
One time I had a huge spider on my shoulder, that SOMEHOW I didn't notice. I happened to be with a friend who is...kind of like a hippie.
Well she says to me, "Hey, don't move. There's a spider on your shoulder, I'll take it outside."
Well, obvious panic mode ensued and I started freaking out while she was trying to get it. Well, in the "scuffle" the thing ended up getting squished from my flailing, and she yelled at me! Asking why I would do that...ummm, hey. You could have just pulled the spider off and told me about it afterward!! Telling me first is only a recipe for disaster if you want to let it live.

I'll get whoever's nearby to kill a bug for me as long as I know it can be killed. If it's flying around, I need to leave that area immediately.
That reminds me of a couple I saw on TV who would scoop bugs out of their pool. Not me! If I saw bugs in any pool I had, somebody would have to come find a way to kill a bug in water. I'd also have a strong impulse to change the pool water. Did she not know how scared of bugs you are?
It also reminds me of two other things:
The time I thought there was a huge beetle on my shoulder and could not get calm. There was actually nothing there, but, I tell you, I saw SOMETHING and it was big.
When I was in third grade at recess and my friend said there was a bug on my knee and she'd get it off. My phobia wasn't as bad then, so I just shook my leg and was like, "What? Get it off!" She did, and all was well. If that happened now? It would ruin my day.

She knew, but like everyone who isn't like us, she just doesn't understand. She thought, 'Oh, I'm getting it off of her so it shouldn't be a problem'.
Ugh, bugs.
I would live a happy life if I never encountered another one again.

Seriously. The lack of bugs is most of the reason why I like winter so much and suffer through the rest of the year.
If spiders wanted to be good, they wouldn't look so terrifying.
