Foggy, I don't think there is though. All languages are missing some crucial words that exist in other languages. For example, Icelandic doesn't have a proper word for please. So whenever Icelanders speak English (or other languages, actually), they're considered extremely rude because they always forget to say please. D:

Haha it's not that cold. Nothing compared to some parts of Canada, for example, or Siberia. The summers are chilly to warm and the winters are chilly to cold. The temperature rarely goes higher than 25 degrees and rarely lower than -15 or -20. But it can get really windy (being an island and all) and if it's windy and cloudy, it doesn't have to be much less than 10 degrees and you'll be freezing. >.<
People originally settled here because they were either monks who wanted to be left alone or they were crooks, escaping the Norwegian king. :Ð
Expensive because, well, it's expensive to import things to an island, I guess. And Icelanders also tend to not do anything about it when the prices skyrocket. :/

Rawr, you can't as in you can't afford to miss more classes, or as in you'll fail the courses if you don't? Can't you get a note-thing from the doctor saying you can't go? Cause that sounds pretty bad. D:

Haha naw, I could miss like 7 more days if I really wanted, but I just really don't wanna bother with the make up work. Being behind puts me under so much stress x_x

And its the end of the grading period, so I'd need to make it up immediately since their grades are completely due by wednesday.

Lol....I was kidding and told my dad I wanted a mango tango smoothie when he asked if I needed anything, and he's actually going out to get it now ;;>_>

Ahh I see. I'm so used to not doing any homework it doesn't stress me too much. It's just when I have to hand things in and I'm late that I get really stressed. xD

When I have a high fever I tend to not know what I'm saying, I'm trying to say something and some completely different words come out of my mouth. My mum once told me that once when I was really sick she asked me if I wanted something from the store and I said something like 'yeah, could you get me the, you know, the.. the chair with the lamp-thing on top?', or something like that. xÐ

oh i c?i think..XD..i m in the area of canada where its less cold..but still very cold comparing to where i ve been>w< thats why i like foggy days..DX..they are not very cold..nor hot..XD..i cant really stand neither when they get to their higher degrees..

Eheh yeah = / When I think there's a chance something might be late ethen I really freak and stay up all night doing it >_< And make up work sucks since I don't get how to do it sometimes, well mainly with math anyways. Math's my worst subject....

Lol xD I've only had one really really high fever, and I was hallucinating x_x It was weeeird.

I'm gonna take a freezing cold shower, since I'm so hot its ridiculous....I don't have a fever but iunno....I'm sweating when apparently its cool in the house according to my parents...

Yeah I don't like very hot or very cold. I can stand cold better though. If it gets over 20 degrees and there's little to no wind, I just feel like I'm near fainting every time I move around. This summer was terrible, especially since I was working very near to my house, took me just a few minutes to go on a bike, maybe 10 mins. to walk, but there was hardly any shadow on the way. So by the time I got to the library I was in a pretty bad condition. >.<
We have a lot of tourists, Iceland has been a pretty hot spot for tourists for the last few years. Started getting popular by the time Björk got famous abroad, then Sigur Rós got famous as well and since then the tourism has hardly stopped. I think it's one of our main.. things.. right now.

Lol, when I was little I sneezed 12 times in a row. Someone I know infront of me did 16....it was ridiculous ;;>_>

Now I usually just sneeze once or possibly twice, but not more...
