Because someone tried to make a cake in the microwave for a Mene event contest and the thing was horrendous in the end.  Their oven broke and they were reeeally desperate to enter.

I don't like red velvet! I had it once and it didn't taste good. My momma or somebody was like, "You know, it's just chocolate and food coloring." What I had did not taste that way.
