Okay, this is going to be my memory jar. It is a brand new year, so I am looking forward to it!

I'm going to be trying to follow the monthly challenge for the memory jars, unfortunately, I am already behind, so I am going to try to catch up.

1. First Meal of 2015:

Unfortunately, I do not recall what my first meal of the year was, since I had been really busy with various things.

2. My resolutions

I don't really focus on resolution since they are so easy to break or drop especially those that are set really high (ie. losing weight, etc).

I do have a couple of goals that I would like to accomplish this year though. I do hope to go down a couple more sizes (and yes, I know that entails or implies a weightloss resolution), and I hope to have a good amount saved for a down payment on a house.

3. A is for...

Anime!

I love to watch anime. I'm trying to think of what is my favorite. I guess it would have to be Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. But I also like:

Black Butler (Though I think the manga is the better version)
InuYasha
Ouran High School Host Club (Same is Black Butler)
Ghost Hunt <- really good!

These are just to name a few. The reason why I said Black Butler and Ouran High School Host Club are better as manga versus the anime is that the anime misses story arcs that are in the manga that add depth to the characters and overlying storyline.

4. In my bag...

If I'm at work, I don't normally keep a bag on hand. But if I'm going out (either after work or simply to run errands or shopping), I usually have:

The essentials phone & wallet (which I have in my pockets while at work)

And either:

A book
Notepad & pen
Knitting project

5. Earliest Memory

Back in kindergarten, I remember the fine art spreading glue on my hands, letting it dry, and peeling it off. :P

6. What brought me to Mene

I had been on Gaia for a while and my friend happened to mention this new avatar site that she had signed up on (she was the one who had showed me Gaia as well). And here I am! :)

7. Random fact

Although, I suppose that if you follow my posts, it really isn't a surprise that I craft. I do different things such as:

8. Best friend

I have a couple of best friends. The same on that I had mentioned earlier that had introduced me to both Gaia and Mene. I will admit that I haven't hung out with her as much as I used to and I will certainly make an effort to do so despite our schedule differences.

My other best friend is one that I have made fairly recently (since I had started my current job). We have fun, making each other laugh, and so on. We also push each other, because we have been going to the gym (although the last couple of weeks, we haven't gone due to various circumstances.)

9. What I'm wearing

My work uniform which consists of the company's shirt, a pair of jeans, and sneakers.

10. Favorite Song

I was about to say just heavily into anime music (opening and ending songs) because I didn't have a particular one. But it got narrowed down to the Black Butler: Book of Circus opening and closing songs. I don't think there has been a day that I haven't listened to it.

11. Never leave home without

My phone. It's my way of getting in touch with people in case of emergencies. But it also has access to games, books, and the like.

12. My room

My rooms is my sanctuary. I wound up having to change the door knob because family would come in and snoop. I'm glad for the privacy it affords me now.

13. Favorite movie

I'm struggling to come up with this one. It really depends on the mood. Though the last movie I saw (Jurassic World) was really good. I guess it could be considered my favorite at the moment.

14. Dream Job

If I could sing worth a darn, I'd say my dream job would be a singer. But I'd settle for being a written word artist (in other words - an author, lol).

This kind of goes along with the last question. I wish I could sing.

16. Favorite place

It's a toss up between the beach or a historic area that has replica cannons that defended my hometown. Both are next to the ocean... But what's nice is the historic area is usually fairly quiet compared to the beach (where you typically have a lot of people enjoying themselves), so it makes it a bit more relaxing.

17. Weather Today

Nineties. Although on the ride home from work the car registered 79 degrees. It rained a little bit. Last couple of days though we've had storms

18. Pets

I have three dogs. Two silky terriers (brother and sister), and a pembroke welsh corgi (male). And they are quite the handful sometimes.

19. Something new

Hmm... Trying to figure out what this is... Whether this is something new that I've purchased or a new thing that I've tried, or something.

I did purchase a ps4. I haven't had a chance to play too much on it. Been so busy with work and other things that I've got going on.

Still currently reading the series Case Closed. I'm currently on Volume 28. So I still have a ways to go before I catch up.

I have two middle names. They are for both my maternal and paternal grandmothers respectively.

My zodiac sign is a cancer. In the Chinese zodiac, I have the Ox.

23. Tattoos

Currently, I have no tattoos. Though I do want to get them in the future. My first one will be a Fullmetal Alchemist stylized ouroburos but instead of the symbol inside the circle, I want to get a pawprint.

Then I'd like to get a tattoo that symbolizes each of my novels as they get published.
