I would love a penguin as my companion. I absolutely love penguins. Though for the sake of my name a sheep wouldn't be too bad either.

As much as I hate bees xD I'd have to say a bee, just because of the style of my avi at the moment. But this is a friendly bee >: It can't sting. And it's a giant bee that I can ride around on. Giant and fluffy and soooo so cute! Haha - called Bumble xD

Either way animals are simply adorable unless its a reptile (through snakes can be cute at times)
