Odd Meneversaries
So it's seems my first meneversary is tomorrow, but at the same time it's not and I'm having trouble figuring out how I'm supposed to celebrate. Last year I joined Menewsha on Feb. 29. I joined on a leap year, what am I supposed to do?? I find it's a little silly that on a leap year, that only comes every four years I join a new avatar site of all things.
So, does any buddy else have any strange dates for joining Menewsha? Does any one else find it odd that I joined on Feb. 29? How should I celebrate? |

Well I think you should just celebrate today, Feb 28! I know that people with birthdays on a leap year celebrate it on the 28th. I joined Mene on new years day which is a special day, but it isn't strange like your day ^^" A good way to celebrate your Meneversary is just chat a ton with all your friends and try to get new people to chat with too. |

It was really funny when I found out, because I was just looking at my account page and noticed Feb. 29. I kinda went "hey, that's pretty close to now" and then ,"Wait, that's not close at all!" I'll probably celebrate on the 28th like you said, hopefully I can find some people to chat it up with me. :) |
Well, happy (kinda) Menewsha-versary. XDDD And I wouldn't know how to properly spend one. D: When mine came round, I was fresh out of boot camp, and had no computer yet. XD;;; |
Oh my gosh! That is horrible! Your meneversary roles around and you can't even spend it on Menewsha!

Hey, that's really neat! Would have been cool to have started on a leap year, haha. I signed up one year and nine days previously though. :( I hope you find an awesome way to celebrate your Meneversary! :D

Speaking of Meneversaries.. I too missed my second year Meneversary. I joined on Feb 5th, 2007 xD I hardly realized. I'm not even sure if I was online that day!! :lol:

Hm. Well I probably would have missed mine if I hadn't randomly looked at my page the other day. But, maybe I'll remember it from now on because of the weird date.
