Alright, I'll probably be sending out another PM in the next few days since like I said before no one other then those who posted here sent me images of their circus themed avatars. Plus the PM will address who's wants to host what for those who haven't stated. Hopefully I can drag most of the hosts here to discuss judges and contest categories and stuff like that. Also we'll need to decide if we want there to be a color scheme for the event's banners and thread layouts.

*tries to think of anything else that needs to be discussed at this time*

Oh and if anyone at all knows any artists that might be interested in making the avatar art for the banners. Seriously no one has responded to the request thread that I made and like stated there the artist(s) will get paid for their work.

Another PM will be going out to the art auction artists. I would like one of you to help me set the thread up and I will need price ranges for what you're going to offer along with samples of what you're offering. Hopefully we'll get some good bids.

Lol, it's alright. I haven't been feeling the greatest and been a little busy so I haven't gotten around to making some new samples either.

In the interest of acknowledging a PM and finally being of some use, you definitely need a color scheme. If you can get an artist for banners, I see a nice like, big top in the background to show the color scheme.

As for colors, I vote classic red and white.

And I'm reluctant to volunteer to host because of my fluctuating interest in Mene. Sorry. D:

If it's getting closer, I might have a better idea of how free I'd be. I'm more concerned about you guys finding a trivia host, since that's so work intensive.

Yeah the trivia, I'm not sure about yet. I think we might work it to where two people are hosting it so all of that isn't just thrown onto one person.

I wish the girl who ran Trivia last year was still around, she was fantastic with it and loved hosting trivia. : /
If it gets too close to the event, I don't see why I can't take the little bit of time needed to host the rounds, if no one more enthused turns up.

As for right now the only thing I'll be hosting is the Introduction/Official Event Hangout thread. So I can either help host a few rounds of trivia and it looks like I might end up hosting a different game as well. We just have to wait and see.
