Ahh they have not all been on yet to have an answer.. >.< lol But I love the loli jar idea. :) And maybe the prize can be like art of some kind if you win. :)

The vote going on now aparently is for who is going to lead while BBR is away and it seems that I have been nominated so now I wait to see what the outcome is..lol

Ok, I say we close the art contest.
And I like the clown/girl juggler for the mascot.

I love the bars that are being done. Think they will really help.

Um.. Ivvy my thread will need these banners:

And my internet isn't working now either but I can get on at school so that is what I will do.
I will get on at the end of the day and check up on things.

Have we paid the Nivy yet?

so far two votes for the clown girl mascot...XD (mine included)

i wanted second place to go to the sexy tight rope walker..and

honorable mentions to the rest...but i think we dont have enough prizes for them...but i just feel they all deserve honorable mentions because everyone in the contest presented great ideas..you know? but what you guys feel i will support..ofcourse.

@Esme- I think they deserve something but I already dontated two of the prizes and I sadly can not give anymore to that if I want to help in other areas

oh thats fine Lil... i was refering to the stuffu we have in midnightstar... i donated some stuff there too... but i guess if we don't have access to midnightstar then its hard to get the prizes from there huh...:\

@ Litith... yes all contests need to be closed and the mascot choosen... I think it is clear that most prefer the jugler for first at least the votes I have seen show that... and Nivvy has not been paid she asked for a MAY set as payment.. if no one else has one I can front mine and get that going but what should the banners have.. I know the mascot... but we need it rounded out and in what style of her work we want it.. also there were two other artists BBR had commissioned but I have yet to talk to them. I will try to do that today and see if they were promised anything in particular for their help.

Also I have noted what you need for your thread and will make them up and PM them to you ASAP. I felt the bars would help because everyones is different so people will not get bored with seeing them.. and it will keep the idea fresh in peoples minds as well.

The fee has been paied for the event by Esme.. so Our spot is confermed for the event.

@ Esme.. >.< lol Yes I am on top of it because I have had a lot of free time. And I do not want to take over I just want to keep everyone up to date and keep things running smoothly and on track. I like the honorable mention idea as well. but we are a bit straped without access to the funds on Midnightstar.. I think whoever speeks to BBR needs to try and get the funds transfered over to another account so we can pick prizes for our threads and distribute them to the host mules. It would be very helpfull to have that done so we can get out the mascot prizes as well as knowing we will have everything we need to kick of the event.

Also on the art auction.. it needs to close so we may allow the artisits enough time to finish the pieces so the funds from it arrive on time as well.

@ Kultura.. ahh I hope you are back.. we need all the help we can get to keep this event on track.. lol And I need the specks for your thread as well.. like the headers you will need so I can get the stuff made for it. :)

@ Everyone.. Twilight Tiger Star.. has presented an idea.. she thinks there should be a mini contest that has a guess how many where she photographs a jar with candy in it and you guess how many are in it. I agree it was a common carnival game back in the day. So what do you guys think.. should we use it? She also offered to host it.. and I thought even if we don't use it in a sticky thread she could make a minni thread for herself in the non stickies that hosted it.. what do you guys think?

@ Twilight.. thank you. :) And I am letting the others think on your idea.. if all else fails I say you should make a user thread in our event forum and do the mini contest on your own.. but in that case the prize would be up to you. :)

@ Roachi..lol yes I think Jazz and I lurked all day while doing work on images for the event..lol

@ Nivvy .....Esme I think it was Esme.. don't quote me..lol siad that they had 2 new CI sets they could front as payment for the art commission with you.. i guess it just depends on your preferance. And we are still hopeing for a peply from BBR.

@Twi - Usually big user run events like this get their own forums, if it's been authorized *nods*. We had a event forum for the last user run event - Staff appreciation week :) :yes:

@ Kulti.. lol its okay love. I know you have to be catching up all over the net right now..lol. What I need is like what headers you need like my areas of my thread are "join The Circus". "performers". "SideShow". "Prizes", "Rules"

So something like that that goe with the contest you are hosting. :) And take your time I can get the layouts done pretty quickly for the most part so I am not too worried about it.
