So our two mascots this year will be the

so we have a ringmaster and an animal tamer as mascots for the circus. I want to say that all entries were amazing and deserve a big round of applause. Send out a thank you to all of those who entered. :) Because they deserve it for their awesome art and amazing talent and time. :)

and we need to get the payment for the art contest and buy any other prizes we need

Yes true. .>.< But most of it deals in prizes and payment. I am setting up the trade to pay Nivvy as soon as she okays the order. :) So that is done at least. It has been so long since BBR checked in. I worry about her.

She has all the prizes and that is really the only thing we need right now. We have worked everything else out (or in truth Ivvy has). Untill we get the prizes there isn't much we can do.

I don't suppose there's anyway that since BBR listed things for prizes and her intended use for them seems clear enough that an AA can just give the prizes to Ivvy to give to the hosts?

Ithir, there probably is a way.. Hopefully they don't need her permission, 'cause as you said she's listed them as donations for the event.

Ahh wow >.< I came back in to a lot of my name flying around. The truth is that everyone has gotten their stuff together thread wise. We have layouts done. We have concepts and set up plan down. We have art commissioned and being done. We have payment for the banners because I fronted my own set. And we have everthing choosen. And the art auction is closed and the bit of funding from it will be getting paied to us as a crew soon.

What we don't have is the funds. All prizes both item and gold are on Midnightstar. I do not want to come across as taking over to BBR. I love her and she is a really great person. I am not sure if and AA can do what has been sugested. All I can do is reread the new user ran event stuff, and ask. My concern is hurting BBR's feelings. But I will do what I can to get the funds transfered. But I can make no promises on the situation. As I am not an AA and can't say it will happen. I will go and see what I am capable of doing on the situation though. And guys thank you for having such faith in me. I started this as the backup person and well this event has become part of my life since BBR had to go due to conection issues. I only wish she could get to her cousins or the library to check in so we would know what is going on.

I hope she checks in soon too.
