Okay everyone. I have PMed Juru my mule info so that funds can be transfered.. here is what you guys need to do.. post how many prizes you need... remember all threads will get one prize of moderate size as the grand prize so all the really big stuff is not in one place. :) We want to give the visitors a reason to go to all the tents/threads. Once I know how many prizes you need the base amount will be handed out. Say everyone needs 3 prizes for example.. everyone will get three and then the rest of the stuff left will be divided and used as suprise prizes or participation gifts.. see we want to keep people interested and we need to use what we have wisely. So post how many you need so I can get them to you as soon as I get them from the AAs!

You all have your layouts.. if you don't hit me in PM because it means among all the craziness I forgot you. And I am so sorry if I did. But I have been doing a lot.. getting banners getting permissions, real life stuff and being a mommy..lol so if you do not have your thread layout PM me ASAP and I will imeadiatly get it to you. Also we need the announcment writen up. I have a mock up of one in a notebook here at my place. I just wanted to see if anyone else was interested in doing it? So let me know

Now come Saterday night which is tommorow we have to have everything set up! We need to change into costume and we have to get our subforum set up. We will have stickies of the main threads.. And we need to go ahead and see about getting some friends not on crew to come in and start the non sticki threads. We want this to be the best user ran event to date! So We have to advertise and we have to spread the word every way we can. So lets get this done we are in crunch time everyone!

UPDATES

Jurupamae is transfering the fund over to my Mule Lunna Fay so I can hand them out. Yes we now will have the funds for the event to go on as planned. I have the banners from Nivvy and I am writing up the announcement now for the official announcement. :) We are all systems go for the event to Launch tomorrow! So everyone needs to change into costume as well as have everything for your individual threads together so we can get the sub forum set up today! I am going for a nap while I wait. But we are ready to get this event kicked off so spread the word like wild fire guys! We need a good turn out to make this work and to get a good turn out we have got to get the word out in the forums let people know we can't let our siggies and banners do it we have to talk about it!

I need one big prize, and two medium ones. I don't care what they are so whatever the others don't want.
