Idea: Contest/Giveaway pretty much.
summarize your idea: I think i've mentioned this too you before. But Basically i've held the same contest 3 times and all of them quite successful. The last one which was quite a hit was during the vday event. I'll base it on this - It was called "catch the hearts" I had about 5 or so different coloured hearts which all corresponded to a different amount of points. During the event @ diff times of the day i would post these hearts and users would have to quote them (using full sentences/no spam/no double posting etc). Upon doing so they would receive the points that heart was worth. There was a participants board with usernames and points so that they could all keep track of who is in what position. I had 5 top prizes and i also gave out a number of page prizes and a little something to every participant. The people with the top 5 total points would win the top prizes. It's also a very good way to keep members active in your thread. Obviously it will change a little to match the event's theme etc. But that's the gist of it. I'd also like to host it if possible and i will provide my own prizes. :yes:

I love that Roachi.
I think that would be great. You could add a twist by changing the hearts to circus pictures. Like clowns, lions, tents, elephants, etc.

So lets talk about mascots.
We can either have one or two and of course they need to be circus themed.

So I guess the questions are
Do we want one or two mascots?
What circus performer do we want the mascot(s) to be?

I would like to be a host. Im not sure what all you need to be done but im sure i could find something to help with.

This is my mule. Its not the charities main so would you need that one to be the host or is either fine?

Ok, I thought I would share it to help everyone have an idea of what kind of schedule we have to work with. I tried to give everything, that I could think of and remember at the time, that needs to be done plenty of time to be done and also give us time just in case something falls through.

I'm going to be talking to CK soon because I want to make sure our event isn't going to be too close to Celes Paradi.

I have talked to CK and I think that it would be best if we moved the event date it late June since Celes Paradi will either be the last week of July or first week of August.
