O.k so I have been to a lot of threads lately and all I saw was all females...I was just wondering if there are any dudes out there!?! YO DUDES COME OUT COME OUT WHERE EVER YOU ARE! I don't know why I care so much I guess because then Menewsha would become a "All Girl" website. So yeah, DUDES POST HERE!

For some reason this reminds me of a theory that girls are intellectually superior to guys. Perhaps there is more merit to that theory than I had originally thought.

Nah, I think this is more of a discussion topic than a simple question/answer, and it has to do with avatars.

I think it's just that there's are fewer males on the site, and those who are on tend to prefer female avatars since the female clothes tend to be better.

Not only better, but there's a huge death of male clothes in general on the site. Seriously.

There are male avis around, but with the general lack of male clothes, most people just go for female avis. Or they're so feminine one can't even tell that the avi is male. But you gotta remember, it's all up to the users.

Lol.. well I actually thought about this recently, but yeah that's very true girls do out number guys on here. Some of them even use guy avatars. but then again I even know a guy that use girl avatars.

I agree. Girls are really fashionable "online" and "offline". :P

That does make a lot sense girls seem to like dress up things like that I know that is why i get on sites like this.

Yeah, I've noticed this. I'm pretty sure its the same on Gaia as well, I read the statistics once upon a time :]
All I know is that, when I RP, usually we have way too many girls and not enough guys .___.

But it's kinda funny though, because in real life I used to be a bit of a tomboy, and I still like acting like a guy and all, but I don't make my avvie a guy at all because...it just isn't as pretty ^^'

Hmmm...never thought of it that way. It does make a lot of sense. However, it is also like a video game where you can be whatever you want to be. That's what's so fun about this site.

I would also note that while there are tons a male fans of Anime out there over the last say 15 years or so that Manga has drawn in more and more female fans. I honestly feel that there are now more female fans of Anime/Manga in general than there are Male fans.

I know I notices it seems that way to me while I was in Tokyo. When I was in Anime or Manga based stores, the female costumer count was about 3 to 1 female to male. When I was a comic book store manager years ago I started really pushing for more romantanic Manga because of the large number of new costumers I was getting that were young teen girls.

So I think it is only natural that an Avatar site has a much larger female user group than male. Doesnt' bother me, makes me think of Tenchi. ;)

In real life, girls outnumber guys, in online games girls rather play because of the graphics and animation. Or sometimes boys really don't know how to chat with girls. But here in gaia, solia, or mene, it is a dress up game, and if you could see the graphics its more typical for girls, so obviously, the girls will outnumber the boys :)
