I try to organize my invo by layer or type. If a drawer gets to two pages I separate it even further. I'm rather picky when it comes to that... I hate it when a drawer is over one page, I need it to all be there in front of me, not have to look for things.

Of course I have 1740 items in my invo that are not repeats (removed the 370 item hoard drawer which I allow go over one page as I don't equip from there). So.. I think I have over 20 drawers to keep that possible.

Yeah - I'll have been here two years come October. XD But the majority of my items are due to either spending money on Contribution Items (thus inflating the numbers of items in my inventory) or events (where I load up on half-price commons and on as many event rares as I can manage).

I always save up a ton of gold before events because I know how good a deal it is. XD

By color, yes. Layer, not really. More like item type (hairpins, overwear, shirt type, shoes, socks etc). And no, I don't like to use the drawers.

I find that the more items I acquire, the harder it is for me to organize my inventory. Eventually I'll give in and just buy drawers but until that day comes, I'm good.

I think drawer organization was implemented a couple of months ago Anoni. *can't remember exactly when* I LOVE IT. XD

I don't have enough items period to organize them by anything. And by color would be pointless for me... everything is White. So I suppose I would probably organize them by layer, like you said, head with head, torso with torso and so on.

well i have no inventory on here, and im sure you all have heard of gaia online, most people on here are from gaia i have figured out. my inventory on there has 600+ items. it USED to be a mess but not anymore, my friend was like you know you can re-arrange your items right i had totally forgotten about that. so the first time i re-arranged my inventory i had it arranged by colors, i changed the color order to rainbow after a while, it was SWEET. but sooner or later i got bored of keeping up and its a whole huge mess again!

My inventory on Gaia was a chaos too xD Then I started organising them by color and it was better...but still messy. I had thousands of stuff on there D: (but a lot of them were bugs and trash and all that) Then my main was banned so I was back down to about only a hundred items...and soon enough it was over a thousand again xD I gave up trying to organize my Gaia inventory after a while >_>

I arrange them by color in accordance to my drawers. I have a drawer for each area of the body and the type of item that goes there. IE: Socks, Stockings, Sandles, Slippers/Flats, Shoes, Boots

I always arrange my inventory, on any site, by what part of the body it goes on.
So hats/headbands, etc. would be first, followed by upper torso items, then gloves/arm items, then lower torso items and finally boots.
Accessories/weapons would be last.
I don't really organize it by color all that much, but I tend to put dark colors first, and then lighter colors. That's only for sets though.

Maybe once I get more item's I'll worry about organizing them but for now it's easy to find everything. ^_^

My inventory looked like crap before I organized it. I put everything neatly and tabs and such. It took me about an hour to do. :insane:

Well I can't say hopw I organise my invo, because at the moment I only have very few items. Though i'd probably organise them under what sort of item they are, such as shoes, or accessories, then I'd group the colours together within that drawer.

I have my items arranged by theme. Almost everything I own came from events and I bought certain themed items, so kimonos are together and roman dresses and sandals are together. On Gaia I organize by color, but I don't have that much stuff here, so themes is how it goes.

I also have some drawers, which are named for the events I've participated in. I have a Celes Paradi drawer with all the event items from that this and last year's celebration. I also have a Phoenix Jubilee drawer. Finally, I have a Commons drawer, were I shove all the event commons I've wracked up. Everything else is in my main inventory.

I have layers for the different types of items - CIs, EIs, commons.
CIs are organized per year, then month. So first my 07 CIs, then the 08s, then the 09s. Then in a year, January CIs come before February CIs, and so on. If I have spares, they are put after each other, not per set.
EIs are on year then event, similar to the CIs.
Commons are per type of item (headwear, lingerie, hand-held), then sort of item (like, in lingerie, all bras first, then laced panties, then panties, then garters), then alphabetical. Unless they are multi-equip, like the rambling roses. They are all after the 'normal' commons.

At the moment I have slightly over 250 items, and not that many of those are commons. When I get more commons, I'll probably get seperate layers for the commons.

I started organizing by layer, since I'm used to this concept from various games (both single and multiplayer), but I had to realize that this just simply won't work with Menewsha thanks to the various multi equip items. Most of the time I'm just more or less camping the "All Drawers" option.

But this simple concept of yours might actually work quite well for me! =3

I don't really have an organization plan xD;; my items never seem to stay organized, and they absolutely refuse to stay in drawers T_T so I've just gotten used to what items are on which page. I only have two pages >.<
but yeah. drawers don't work for me anyhow, for some reason. the stuff just re-appears in my inventory O_o

Avalai, when you move something to a drawer, be sure the drawer highlights green before you let go of the button. It won't move to the drawer unless the drawer is green. :)

I only have about 6 items at the time. (Such a hobo right?) but i dont mind it. I wear everything but one item which means i don't really need to sort one item while i wear the rest that would be pretty silly. Hehe.

I keep telling myself that eventually I'll have to start using drawers to organize my inventory. I really want to just keep all of my commons in my main inventory and not use a drawer for them, but with over 1600 commons alone, just short of 19 pages total inventory, its getting exceedingly hard to keep them in order when I go out and buy new things.

Mine are all sorted by color, and within that by item type.
