MENE IS SO QUIET.

my entire day trying to

sound. I clicked on
everything. No luck =[.
But it's weird....I mean
menewsha is a unique
and different website.

No, I'm generally listening to iTunes.
It's just repetitive music and the polyphonic tones available would drive people insane. xD

I enjoy having control over a much broader selection of music.

I wouldn't like music here since I enjoy listening to my own music.

in theory it would work, could just put a small link at the top of the screen that would give you an option to turn it off. other than that MIDI format music is tiny and could probably be played without much trouble on connections even thorough dial up. I've seen games do this in the past with a random rotating selection of midi's playing in their foreground.

I think it would be kind of neat but I also don't know how well it would be received. I mean most midi tracks sound like crap and if the site streamed in a live radio station of their own it would drink their bandwith ...

I just duno if it would be worth it in the end even though i think it would be a nice addition. Xd

I do wonder, though, if Menewsha did have a 'theme song', what it would sound like.

Ha ha. that would be cool it'd go like ' Were all the menies we come from our hoooooome ME ME ME ME ME MENEWSHA!' ha ha....er....that was weird. But what if they had like a little player at the top or whatever. You could put your own music.

Having sounds would annoy me to no end.

I know right; imagine not having to have all those tabs and just evrything in one tab. It would go waaay faster.

I think the only place to have sounds and music is the games. With the option to mute it. Especially the tetris game. I've listened to the actual Russian song and I love it. :yes:

Of course the tetris song should be an instrumental. That would just make it more classic.

I think everyone should be ok with that, if there was a mute option. Or they could just mute their sound system. >.>

But yeah, the only sounds I hear on Menewsha are from the games. Otherwise, whatever I am playing on grooveshark, my friend Esaias being lazy and talking hands-freeon messenger, usually rambling stuff like "damn rogue...NO HUNTER"while he plays WoW, or the music from the mmorpg i play.

No really I mean we could use some beats on here.

It would be kind of cool if there were interaction sounds, like a click when you click on something like that. Nothing really noticeable, just subtle, or when you send a message make a sound or when you post. I don't know. But that would be kind of cool.

If I want to listen to music I listen to music. Having sounds for different areas of the sites, clicking, new notices. Would piss me off to no end. I not see a point in having sound on this site outside of games and other features to be released in the future. But for everyday browsing? Hell no. I already get aggitated enough with some of the things I do on here. I don't see a purpose pissing off half the site. XD

Then an option to mute the sounds would be available :P.

I hate pointless noises on websites myself. They drive me crazy and stop me from visiting them.

But maybe a mute button?
