Yeah thats what I thought as well. Alot of people on Gaiaonline for example act really childish, here everyone is much more mature

I think its much more of a social front. Ya know monkey see monkey do. A lot of the spamers are attracted to it for the huge numbers and they don't care about how others view their posts.... and I forgot the point to this so please ignore it.

I have to agree with this, while there are also some really nice people you can meet on there =3 most of them don't often hang around for more than a few months because of all the childish people who hang out there.

I recall one time where me and you had to deal with a certain role-player threatening to kill himself to prove he was eighteen years old, right after trying to convince us he was a perfect writer but was just unable to type coherently.

there was also another GaiaOnliner who claimed to be a twelve year old who worked for Sega in developing video games, oh, and he was in... seventh or eighth grade and claimed that all his classes were advanced ones.

He didn't seem to beleive me when I told him that when he learned how to spell 'computer' and other such words properly, there might have been a very small chance I believed him, although he was obviously spinning what I like to call bullshittery.

I remember being so angry I wanted to just throw my laptop out the window and kill someone at the levels of stupidity some people can produce nowadays.

I think being banned was the only thing that kept me from loosing it completely, I have some really good friends on that site, even if I don't know them in real life, that I would miss if I got banned, that and Gaia has crappy moderating systems, you can get banned for damn near anything.

I've only just joined this site yesterday, and already I've heard good things about it =w= you can also tell I'm a newbie by my awesome lack of pants XD I REFUSE TO BUY ONES I DON'T WANT although the ones I do want are like 300 gold XD
