o.o I couldn't find the actual NPC list when I looked at the info desk.. <<;; so I googled it and it found the thread for me.

If you want to get a message to the top, you have to start at the bottom.

I'm not looking at you in any particular way, and I don't mean to be nosey.. but the answer to those two questions are easy find if you know how to change your face.

Nosy is also sometimes spelled as nosey.

With the top they mean the highest of Menewsha. Where can you contact them?
