do you still use the regular forums?

you still get items for the event if you post in the regular forums so i cant tell any difference in posting here or the event forum

I agree. Actually I prefer it out here. I find event threads to be to cluttered and rarely do I really find a thread I can enjoy with out having twenty posts to catch up on in a thread if I leave to go to the bathroom. -_-'''

Yes, I generally tend to post in the regular forums more than the event ones during event. I think it's easier to navigate- less clutter or something.

I feel that there's really isn't any form of discussion that I could partake in the event forums besides the event itself. They always manage to move fast.

I normally don't pay attention to the event forums unless something catches my eye and brings me in. It's a very rare occurance though, since I tend to forget about a lot of the forum sites I post on for weeks at a time anyway.

I like to always check through my out of event forums first. Once I've checked them once, it's okay to abandon them though, because I don't go anywhere where there is chatting, so they move fairly slowly. It's a nice change to chat aimlessly in the event, but at the same time it makes me feel bad knowing the only reason I do it is for the items.
I have noticed before that normal forum activity can decrease during events though. That always makes me sad. =P

I've normally still used the normal forums during events.

This is my first event here but yeah, i can defnitly notice its much more quiet out here in the reg forums.

During events I hang out in the event forum, except when I run out to rp, then run back in, then run back out (ect.. you get the picture)
