It was rare to see a 5 digit number for gold with people... and now suddenly i saw 7 people in a row with 5.. even 6 digits in the bank account..
Why is that?
Less things to buy?
Or people more active since i left?

Nah. I haven't noticed actually. Maybe it's because people are less concerned with showing off how much they have? Sometimes you get poked because of your gold count, maybe that's happening less so people don't care if they hide it or not?

I've got the majority of the commons I want at the moment (I tend to buy the others I want as I 'need' them for avatars), so I'm always just saving up for new commons or new rares that I want more of than I can afford to spend real money on.

More ways to get gold. Alot of people saving up for 50k-250k items that do not go up for sale as often. Or just because people want to save their gold.

People are just really good with saving their gold. Plus several do a lot of exchanging and investing in certain items. Purchase items for dirt cheap (or items that you know many will want in the future), wait til they raise in price a good chunk, then sell them for a lot more than what you paid. Sometimes it's frowned upon, but it depends on how you work it.

Well, It is quite easy to get gold, Even though it could take a while with normal users who dont sell stuff like, Art... or things.

I wouldn't say that there are less things to buy, I mean there was a whole heap of new commons introduced at the last event, plus all of the old items. I think people have just been playing games more regularly, been more active or perhaps they have just been saving up for a specific item, such as the crowns.

:lol: mostly because of the games... the games boosted prices of items plus inflation of demand for some of the older rarer items...

I haven't really noticed that. But everyone has more money than me anyway, so maybe that's why.

6,000 of my gold isn't even mine... its a prize for the user event... and the 5,000 after that I've been saving for 3-4 months now...

Well, menewsha used to be just posting and fishing, and that's when people usually only had gold in the hundreds. Since they've implemented games and you're capable of getting 1k a day (if you play on a mule as well) people have been able to save up quite a bit.

I have lot of gold saved up because right now I am disinterested in spending it, so it's piling up till I feel like going on a shopping spree. And that's that. XD
