When I go to my homepage to check things out I look at the "Recent Visitors" part and it kind of freaks me out sometimes. Why was *insert username here* on my page and why didn't they say hi. I really spaz out when I noticed that *insert username here* has their name in color, so I atomically think I did something wrong and start freaking out thinking "Nooooo! I don't want to be banned, please, God, just let *insert username here* want to look at me and go, 'Hey she's cool, but nah I don't want to say hey, I want to freak her out instead *laugh*!” I was just wondering if anyone else feels that way when they check out Recent Visitors, or if you’re not a nut like me, what goes through your mind.

I have done that before. :lol: Nowadays, I'm wondering how often they check my profile. And if they realize I stalk theirs. >.>

I do that too! But only for the ones that I see check mine more than once.

Yeah. If it's a one time deal, then it could be just to instill fear into us. Multiple times and they're stalkers. o.o;

I knew it, if only I knew when the came and how offten they came then everything would be perfect for the murder, I mean , revenge!

But seriously though going back to the topic, I really hadn't paid much attention who visits my profile. Now that I just went to my profile, I noticed some users I don't even remember. :shock:

The rest of the users I either know on the forum or talked to on the forum every now and then. So yeah... As for staff members; I would wonder what I did wrong back in my early internet days, but now I would only worry when I break TOS. :S

Other than that, I don't sweat it too much though. Everyone is welcomed to view my profile. ^_^;

I hope their intent is not murder. I love life to much to want to be killed. :lol:

I sure hope it doesn't freak anyone out, I just visit to look at their avatar, or because they've been in the forums recently. ^^;

I do it some times to see if they have a quest thread or exchange thread.

It doesn't freak me out. I find it interesting who visits my page. If I don't recognize the name, I'll check their profile out too.

That would freak me out. Just so long as there are not daily visits I shouldn't have too big of a heart attack.

Well that weirdo Cami: visited my profile most recently and I must say, that restraining order I put on her doesn't seem to be working. Maybe if it wasn't written in yellow crayon and signed in glitter it might be a little more enforcing.

Note to self, hire a three year old lawyer with better taste in writing instruments.

lol Usually I visit people's profiles when I see something that may have caught my eye when in the forums...like an interesting username, signature, or post. I hope I hadn't ever spooked anyone by doing that, definitely not my intention. :lol:

Most of the time I get visitors from people I know, so I'm cool with that. :) It's only if I constantly get people I've never seen before viewing my profile every day that I start thinking, "Uh...did I do something? :sweat:" :XD

When I was a normal user it would make me paranoid, yeah! :lol: But now that I'm staff, it's pretty common for random people to be stalking me, I suppose, so it doesn't freak me out anymore. I actually get the reverse now - when I go on someone's profile I'm afraid they'll notice me on the recent visitors list and get scared of me! :lol:

I will let you know now, though, that we visit profiles for many more reasons than to scold you or such things, so no need to fear the color! Some of us are just nosy. :ninja:

If I notice I don't really give it much thought. XD: Think of it as an ego boost!

They want to see the sexy! :D I mean why else would they visit me? D: Surely not for my scary sense of humor or long winded intellectual conversation or an awkward "hi, how's the weather" chat?

In all honesty, I don't really care who's looking at my profile. Winning AP, lots of random people will come through your profile and there are a lot of names who just pop up for no reason at all. I do find it intriguing when people who's names I know but don't talk to pop up in my profile because it makes me wonder what sparked their interest enough to make them want to view my profile, but that's it.

Newest person on my profile is someone I dont know....the only colored name is belly.....and I was sort of (vaguely) part of her contest in the FoWN event. *shrugs.* I do think that staff stalk random people from time to time to make sure we are all toeing the line.

On second thought.....Of the AA's you are the one who talks to people the most/ are not invisible, I think this might have something to do with it.

I quite often go to see the profiles of other users. Sometimes it's because of their nickname, signature, sometimes it's because I had a chat with them or I've seen an interesting post made by them. I sure hope I don't creep them out!
I'm personally not "stalked" frequently. I don't post often, because when I have time to come on Mene, I just can't find any interesting conversation to join. And when people do visit my profile, I like it :D It's nice when I'm interesting enough to have my profile visited.

I don't check my visitors but I just hope people that I stalk does the same as me or I would be dead alredy x.x
