I wish there was a faster way to earn. Not by selling items either. I can't be on all day or play the games. I don't want to sell my "take me to your leader" CI. Because I won't get much for it. Or it would just sit there in the market :(. I'm not being greedy but there are things I want in market that I see hardly anyone selling or having up for auction. What do you think?

I think that part of the fun of menewsha is saving up, and the satisfaction when you finally get the avatar you've been wanting. To make it easier to earn gold would simply make items more expensive anyway, because the gold would be worth less. So perhaps waiting and gathering gold slowly is better.

Yes so far I earned 400g in an hour. I just get stuck in making topics. Some topics I seen too many times. Still bouncing around the site :)

I think i'd like to see the gold per amount increase a little bit. Because the 30g cap is only useful for roleplayers. But other than that i think it's fine

Well...as far as the marketplace is concerned, if gold became easier to get, the prices of items would ALSO inflate.
Making your item just that much more out of your reach.

If you were anywhere close to your goal, or could prove you were diligent enough (ie: maxing out in the arcade on BOTH your main and a mule account) you may be able to find some one who is willing to reserve an item for you, especially if they're not getting too many bids, and if you promise not to back out on them.

If you like to write, I suggest joining, or starting your own roleplay.
It's been something I've wanted to do for a while now myself.

i have to agree that the whole wait and the hard work to earn the gold makes the items and your avatar that much more rewarding in the long run i wouldn't want something that is easy and i own everything because the fact is if that was that way id drolly leave the game to fast because well lets face it once you've gotten everything in a game its relay just one of those things that makes no scene to continue i think the slow gold gain is exactly what this place need to keep people interested plus the ever growing community and items being made all the time it wont die any time soon

I personally think it's fine the way it is. I love posting in the forums for gold and then earning up for an item I want. It's like christmas. :D And besides, do we really want inflation to start? I think that'll be one of the side effects of gold being easier to earn.

I like the fact that gold is a bit hard to get and I don't think that the prices are so big. As long as you are active gold will come, you just have to save up a bit for the items you want.

This is my irritation also. Most of the regular items are out of reach for the amount of gold you get. I'm a busy mom, studying and attempting damage control on my house. I don't have that kind of time to post all day just for a few hundred menes that won't buy one of the "cheaper" items. If they could just raise the menes a bit on the games and posting, by 50 maybe, it might make it more interesting to more people.

A basic starter package of two items would have been a nice "Welcome to Menewsha!" thingy. Lagniappe (lan-yap) (sp?) if you are Cajun/French Tchachky (chach-ki) if you are Russian. The Asians give you some tissues or other small item in most of their department and specialty stores.

I get the cap on how much you can earn per day otherwise everyone would be millionaires which would jack prices up all over the place on this site like another site that's been around forever. I think it's cool how this site is still managed like this and hasn't become a sell out add whore like said site.

I do not have much experince on here. But think about it if gold is easier to earn then market inflates and the item you want becomes more out of reach. Its better to have gold hard to earn. Besides talking to people in the fourms is so much fun!

welcome to Menewsha package would have been nice. Or maybe
100 in Menes, just something to get you started. Or at least something
telling you what you need to do to get gold so you can make up your Avi.

And for SugarBee you have over 10 thousand in gold I don't know what
your trying to get but I think you have enuff gold to get it. most people
here that I have seen only have a few hundred in gold. So I don't know
what you mean when you say your not trying to be greedy because it looks
to me like you are. ( not trying to be mean )

Just post longer. Unlike Gaia, Mene earns much more by post length.

The best way too earn gold is by posting yeah it might take a while but too me it is worth it.

I'm a lurker and have quite a bit of gold because I play games. I think you just have to wait and you'll have enough. You have a lot right now.
