For what it's worth, for over 27 hours, users earned double the amount of gold per character as they would normally - and up to one hundred gold per post (rather than the usual 60 on double-gold day).

I didn't mention the "up to 100 gold" bit yesterday because I didn't want people to try something shady. :)

Thank you to everyone who participated in double-gold day and I hope it gave you an edge on event commons. :3

A daily prize may have been discussed before, but I think most people were against it, because, depending on the prize, because if the prize were an item, that item would quickly become worthless, and if it were gold, may cause some inflation.

Really? They use to come out at 2am EST, I wonder when that changed. Oh well then I guess I won't see them until later on since I need to get to bed.

The time used to be midnight central time zone (1am EST) when the server was in the central time zone. Now the server is in Pacific time zone, which means they come out at 2am central and 3am Eastern. :)

So, we have about an hour? XD
