I am so grateful that I've never had to have any fasting things done D: My body tends to react with outrage to any needle, thinking about it, last week was the only time so far that I haven't got all lightheaded, maybe because she found a vein first time, and this just to go on a drip not to get blood drawn. I dread it when they take blood because so often I start feeling faint. If I had to have that done when I'd not been able to eat...[gonk]

Do they give you something to eat there? The clinic I go to in the hospital, as we're all sat there on drips they come round regularly with the tea trolley and give you a drink and biscuits, and the people there for blood transfusions get sandwiches etc. at lunch time.

for new members every time a contribution item is released there is a 24 hour or so there is a double bonus of gold burning
so the more you talk the more you earn times too it's a great way to meet a lot of people and get that shiny pile of gold these up

I hate getting my blood drawn. My veins are deep and they roll, so the phlebotomist ends up digging in my arm after I tell them not to. I end up throwing up almost every time they start to dig around.

At blood drives I have been to, I have seen orange juice and cookies set out and they tell you if you haven't eaten to take one and after you donate to eat something, but when I get lab work done, I don't see anything. Maybe they only have it for those who feel faint. IDK.

It would be cool to have some sort of visual clue about double gold day. I don't know what exactly but something. Since I don't think newbies really have any idea about it.
