The Cloud Hibiscus is a raffle item - so you still have a shot at it - it depends on how the raffle goes :)
I can't wait for the results of the raffle and am kind of glad I mainly got tickets!
I'd rather have a shot at the big items and hopefully get one of them or gold than a few commons I may or may not like :3
