So what's going on? I saw the awesome announcement, and it brought me here.

I didn't read everything so I'm not 100% sure but... It seems that Whisper Invictus told Jelly that everything ever is completely and totally all her fault and Jelly just wanted us all to know! That way, whenever we miss someones birthday, we can just blame it on Whisper!
