Honestly, I do best if I have some sound in the background, since silence means I hear the buzzing of my tinnitus.

It's too interesting and the paperwork is too odious. I think I'm just gonna take an official paperwork break. [lol] I'm at the halfway mark.

Oh man, I hate tinnitus. The antidepressants that work the best on me give me awful tinnitus, so I have to go with the second best option.

Yeah, tinnitus is pretty horrible. I think I only have a really low grade one, though, since it isn't horrible or painful. Just... there.

It makes me wonder how I'd do in a sensory deprivation tank. Really, I'd rather someone else with tinnitus go in, and tell me how it was. Like, if it made it worse or helped.

Ooof, I would think a sensory deprivation tank would be AWFUL. Do you have a white noise machine? Although I actually prefer Brown noise.
