Sometimes it gets confusing, but usually if I remember to do it right when it happens I should be fine.

When keeping track of multiple different records, it helps to stick in a small note-to-self up to where/when something's been updated, especially if that's not equal to "up to the moment I started updating". XD

Too easy to think it's List-C that's up to yesterday and Document F up to early today when it's the other way around, otherwise. [XD]

Yeah, that's bound to be REALLY confusing if I'm not careful. :U

Might be a good idea to split some of the book-keeping. Basically, you keeping track of the masterlist and maybe one-two other things while others do their part of the job and send it your way daily. With a masterlist, you can easily see who you have to chase down because info isn't in yet, but all you have to do is note when the last update was, rather than chase the info down, tally everything, convert it to whatever form you're using, fill in the appropriate info, double-check for mistakes and do it all over again for the next thing that needs updating.

Yeah, true, I'll keep it in mind once we actually have to start book keeping, :P
