Closest one is a few hours away. :( I'd order off their site if I knew that the boxes wouldn't show up all beaten up.

What if you took the various pieces out of the box and tetris'd them into your car?

We've done that before.

I suggested that but the table top still wouldn't fit. It's too wide on all sides. :/

That is really pretty it kind of looks like bathroom tile and would make an awesome shower

xUrLuckyImHighx 02-26-2017 01:21 AM

I've never even seen an Ikea unfortunately. lol.

Sorry all for saying hi then disappearing. Putting the babies to bed took longer than expected =D

hummy 02-26-2017 01:21 AM

Oh just the table top on the top of the car sounds like it would be easy and would work as long as you didn't like topple over from the weight of it

Liztress 02-26-2017 01:23 AM

Babies rarely like to go to bed on time. And it doesn't always get better when they get older, lol.

I might see if he'll want to ride back out tomorrow and try to get it. Can't hurt to play tetris with it, lol.

Kiddos get more creative as they get older

xUrLuckyImHighx 02-26-2017 01:27 AM

Well I have a 7 year old and then a 2 and 1 year old so I've been through this all before. However, my oldest has never been a fan of sleep. The babies thankfully are. My son just wasn't feeling bed time tonight for some reason lol.

Make it fit!

I don't know. D:

We borrowed someones van the one time something wouldn't fit, I don't know what we would do now.

I do want to upgrade our dining room table, but it would be for a smaller one, so it wouldn't be a problem to fit it in our car.

I love me some IKEA.

My kid loves it too. She asks to go there for the playplace all the time.

And eat free weekends? Mmm.

All of our furniture is from there, mostly. Except one dresser, pretty much.

Indeed. As long as it doesn't decide to rain when we're fitting everything in.

Yup. When we get to the store, the sky will be crystal clear. Once we open the box at the car, then comes the thunder and downpour.
