So, I was on Gaia today, I was just randomly thinking about "quests". It's a random topic, but yeah. xD So, I know many people on Gaia quest for items they really want, but what about Menewsha? I see many signatures here with items people are questing for, but I wanted to get a little more detail about them. So, what are you questing, and what do you think about the quest? Do you think you'll ever get the item? Or do you think it'll stay a quest for..many years until you give up?

What are you questing, and what do you think about the quest?

I'm questing lots of stuff. There's always a new item out there that I want it seems and ill probably be posting for gold till the rest of my lifffe, not really but eh, still. Currently im questing something for my head, maybe starry pins or some flower thing. I wish to get easter items and maybe the new user items but those would take me longer. I should really try getting them before inflation makes it even harder ><

Do you think you'll ever get the item?

Eh, some maybe. Things like the crown or the welcome sets I wouldn't keep my hopes up for though. I get maybe a few hundred a day so I guess as long as I make more than it inflates its always possible ^^
With my store item quests they're definately possible especially knowing they'll always be there for the same price and everything.

The items mentioned above possibly. Guessing it'd be easier to work how for them now and get them than wait a year and it be hundreds of thousands of gold though u_u. I should really stop questing store things for now and start on event and more donation items.

Gaia:

Heh I was questing golden laurels on and off for a long time but never really got around to buying them. Always once I got enough I bought something else >_>

Gaia:
Hmmm. Well, I don't really want anything else for my main right now, except an OMG (anyone care to donate one? xD) so I've been collecting random cosplay items for my mule. Right now I want a Studded Leather Collar (~60k) and a new hairstyle to finish him. It's not much, but it's more pure than I have right now, so it's fun.
I've got 25k saved up, by the way.

Menewsha:
Oh, it's endless! That's the fun in starting a new game, for me - so many items!

• Scepter Set (I traded all of mine Dx)
• Green Harem Set (so... pretty... *_*)
• Cloak Set (okay, I really just want the Nature one right now, but I don't want to scramble for the Healing on next month when it inflates)
• Shoes from Hell (I think they look really good)

Menewsha is my forever quest for the vday sash and the clover hairpin. Thats the only items I might consider wanting that are rare. And of course the monthly contribution items and commons as well.

On gaia I'm questing for horns. I'm not exactly close, but then again I don't go there much except for art commissions, so yea. XD

What you think about the quest and other goals

I think quests are a good way to be focused on a site and stuff because I get bored easily if I don't have a certain goal in a site, lol.

I went through the stores last night and made a big list of all the items I want. I have most of the CIs and event items I want (I wasn't around for Vday, but I doubt I'll be getting any of those anytime soon) and I need 42k to afford it all--and I'm sure by the time I get everything that is currently on that list I'll have added another 42k worth of stuff--updates and whatnot.

@[email protected] I'm just planning on taking it one 'outfit' at a time. Breaking up the list into smaller lists makes it seem more possible.

Very true, I agree with you on the last part. I mean, what would you do on a site if you don't have a goal on there? Maybe you would chat with people and other things, but having a goal would be much better. n__n

Rawrsaurus: I see. There are sometimes many items you would want but then you just have a certain quest that you're focusing on. That's just my opinion though.

DeniedUltraSex: I want a crown too. T.T They are too expensive though. I give up really easily on expensive items but now on Gaia, I'm questing an Angelic Scarf. Wonder where that came from, eh? xDDD

Ryuichi: Ah, the OMG. It looks pretty cool, but won't match my avatar in any way. xD And yes, there are so many items you would want once you start a new site (what I call it). Nice quest items. ^^

xD Usually I'm not questing, but I guess I do have a quest in mind. Any nice items that make my eyes sparkle. Here, lol, I just walking around with pannies on. Long way until I actually buy my mental quest that I have in mind which are the new heaven items <3. But *shrug* looking at other avatars, it's like already a quest come true? xD I'm strange.

For Gaia, I usually buy some new thank you letters that I like. Not really a quest, just like collecting things. Although most of the time I'm too poor. xP

My quest on gaia is to get my boyfriend his items back. he was hacked...he dosnt want me to get them for him though. they are really expensive, like a pitchfork and stuff.

Well lets see meko happens to be on alot of different sites around the web.

Here on Menewsha I want to eventually quest everything. Its not as unrealistic as with sites such as magivolve and gaia.

On gaia I am questing all store items, all DI and event items from 05 onward and an angelic scarf.

Magivolve- I am questing to get a lovely bunny hat and a broken sword. If I deside to stay.

I'm on a few other forem sites that I'm not sure what I want to quest yet.

That's true, but I guess getting the gold is a little harder. I'm seeing a few people selling the crowns. [or trading them for different items]

Meko Lara: I'm sure you'll be able to quest all the items, for now, since there aren't much on the site yet. :lol: But for Gaia, that's a whole different story. :o All store items? Even that is a big challenge, and you're adding the MCs, event items, and and Angelic Scarf.... :shock: Heh, good luck with that. n_n;

I had one (I bought it for 200g when they first came out!)
And sold it for 7.5k or so a little while back.

Now I want it again. I'm waiting for the scepter sets to go up, and until then I'll be posting like mad to bring up my gold count. ^^

• My current quest right now is a Gold Lolita dress. I plan to quest for Commons as soon as I get every month's DI set. I don't plan to quest for any other rares such as the Vday or the St Patty which most people are questing for. They are somehow out of reach. And I find the Commons prettier anyways. Although having one of each set would be nice. But I could only dream. Anyways. I am planning of making a Gold, Black and a hint of white avatar. I haven't seen anyone wear the Gold Dress yet. So I guess I wanna be the first. But I really want to achieve that goal alone. It has always been nice to get where you want even though you struggled alone in the way. ^^; And I despise questing since the inflation and art whoring would always always get your gold. ;o; <3

Nice idea. xD But if you wait for the scepters to go up, the crowns will also go up too. But since you're going to post a lot, I'm sure you'll get it in no time. ^^

Nesseh: I see. I agree with you on the commons. Most of them are much prettier than the event/DIs. But I guess a lot of people want those items because they seem like they are out of reach, but if you post a lot, then I don't think gold would be the problem much. And I think those colors for your avatar would look very nice together. ^^ Good luck with you questing.

Maybe if you save up your gold and then buy all the items you want, you won't have to worry about all that. xDDD

All my quests are for stuff in the stores. The pirate stuff first, then the hell set. And the steel stuff is really cool too. In short... I'm gonna be questing for a while no matter what. xD
