Well, this community is still small, so I think that either you're going to feel wanted/liked or not. xD I personally feel accepted and welcomed, so I love it here. xD But then, I usually get along better in a setting with less people, so maybe that's why?

Well, I think that would depend on the situation that made me feel like an outcast. If it was obvious that I wasn't wanted, then I would try to make it better and then leave if it didn't work. Otherwise, I would just try to make it better by posting more or something, being nicer, or something like that.
