Okay, I can wait patiently now, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't like, the only one who hadn't gotten their item. The auction people seem really stressed right now, so I can wait.

You don't have to include your inventory and rule 14 in every post, do you?

I assume it's just your first bid.

@Pearl: It says they're required just in the first post. ^^

I made a bid and then forgot something I had to add (to show I'd read the rules)... and made that post a little further down. Do you think it's okay that it's not in my original bid?

I have a question
I am planning to enter the auction this week. There are 4 accounts under my ip address mine, my husbands, my mules, and the account for the earth day event tree hugger, would you like to me screen shot both mine, my mules and tree huggers or just mine and my mules?

(the earth day account is named Tree Hugger) It holds the items donated for the event and the gold donated for the event.

@Bunnyy: It used to be the case that if you had any other Valentine's Day items, you couldn't bid on a hairpin. Then it changed to if you had won any Valentine's Day items in the auctions, you couldn't bid on a hairpin. Now it's completely open, except to people who already have one. (That probably was the case at one point with the pendant/belt, too.)

Just for curiosity:

If a user starts bidding, and they have broken rules, but no mod had been on to ban them yet, can we ignore said user's bids? They would be void anyway, right?

I feel the need to ask since I've been seeing a lot of users continue to bid in Zweres & Aeris' absence, and it only causes prices to rise, and as said in the first post "the name of the game is deflation."

adding onto fflurs question, since their bids are void as they have broken rules, the people who are bidding against them...how do you determine which amount to go with that they have bid?

Yes, their bid would be void.

I would go by the last bid that was ligament - but if the earlier last bid was by the same person - I'll go for the lower bid.

Melody - Just your mules would be fine. and your husband's account as well. I don't need Treehugger's account.

Because of rule 27, I would like prompt recognition. It doesn't mean every hour, but at least every 48 hours as the auction is less than a week.

I would like to second sychobunny. There is less than two days, so I would like to be able to raise my bid if I have not broken any of the rules already.

I'll be raising bids right after school today.

The reason why I don't update them all the time is because the items massively inflate in price on the last day. I at least want to slow it down by updating the bids only once a day or once every two days. But after this point - I will update bids after I see them.

Er... This isn't a problem yet, but given Melody's Question, I'll ask.

If we should post the inventories of people who log on from our IPs (my boyfriend frequently does, and I log on at his house whenever I'm there), what happens if the other person had an item that I wanted to bid on (or vice versa)? Or is it just that you want to make sure that they aren't hording the items somewhere else?

Ex: I have a V-Day hairpin, he wants to bid on one (this isn't an issue yet; I'm just wondering as far as the future goes). Or we both want to enter the auctions in the same week. :?

Thankies for the answer, either way. :D

Okay...I'm completely ignorant, so.

How do I know when or even if Zweres or Aries has checked to see if I've broken a rule or not? I've been informed by someone else that I did break a rule by not waiting for them to see if I break any rules. The heck?

Is it because you follow bidding before Zweres/Aeris approve your first bid?

Zweres~ I don't know. Should there be a reminder for people that: "if the bidders know someone's bid is breaking rules/would be void, just ignore them?" I mean, that is still for their own good. I can see that you are... very busy? XD
We should work together for deflation! *waves flag*

That will not be revealed until there are only two pins left. Then Aeris / Zweres will let everyone know.

Well...I don't think I'll be entering the auction again. :/ I tried to follow all the rules, but ended up in trouble anyway, so.

Okay, I have a question.
So my boyfriend entered the auction and won a couple weeks ago.
Now, he quit and gave me the item, the Valentine belt.
Am I allowed to bid on an item, even though I have that item that he won?
