V-day items
I have given up on the v-day items, I actually forgot about them! xD

They were my "Must Have" items when I first signed up here. I got most of them fairly easily as they weren't too expensive back then, but I stupidly left my favourite, the hair pin until last @[email protected] By then the prices had got stupidly high. I was determined to get it though, so I had to donate a lot and sell CI's in order to afford that one. Lots of selling CI's >.<
The Hair Pin is still my most favourite item on this site, so no major regrets on that one. I don't really find much use for the sash or boa though, they're pretty and all, but the sash only really looks good without a dress (without a dress it looks awesome) but I don't like my avatar being nekkid :shock: ...even if it's partially covered by a sash xD |
I looked at them, drooled at them and when I saw the prices almost fainted <.<;;
So I completely made myself forget about them and move on from the new items on the events ^-^ |

I just have the hairpin and boa.
The boa I won from Aeris' auction that noofy was talking about. I bought it for extremely cheap. I also have the v-day hairpin. I bought that recently and had to give up a v-day sash, q crown and several CI sets, but I didn't consider it really hard to get. I just decided "Hey a v-day hairpin would be nice to have." So I bought it. They're not even my favorite items really. |

What do you mean you forgot about them? I don't have any of the V-day items. I recently bought a pair of golden decorative stockings though. <3 The Giving Back auction is a good suggestion for getting V-day items, if you meet the requirements. Other than that, just post, exchange, sell art, and do whatever you usually do to make gold. Some people will recommend saving your gold on a mule account. I haven't quite given up on the Valentine's Day items. They just aren't a major priority for me. I prefer owning many cheap items to just a few expensive ones. xD |

I've got half the setand am questing to acquire the other half.
They can be frustrating sometimes. They are difficult to afford. I would still be wearing mine except that I got uber excited about the sellback store and accidentally sold the commons I used to wear with my v-day items. Ah well, I'll buy the outift back when I compltete my quest. |

Though the only ones I really want are the Boa and Hairpin. <3 I might try bidding on something the next time the auction opens. c: But if that doesn't work I'll just attempt to save up my gold so I can buy one from the exchange. |

I was actually very lucky ^^ i had an entire set and other items given to me for free by a user who left the site ^^
before that i guess i had given up trying, well more like trying to get gold before the auctions finished in the market place xD |

I did on the sash... but then I won it in a contest O_O. It was a miracle. Right now I want to give up on the pin though... it seems inpossible. - Do you know of anything to help you get the v-day items? Aeris's auctions were a huge help.. and if you are good at art or something that is always a bonus. And of course, posting a lot or donating to the site are other options. And fishing too. |
I have three V-day items. The sash, pendant and pop. I got the sash in the giving back auction for fairly cheap. And the pendant & pop I got fairly cheap too in the exchange. I don't forget about the others...I just don't like them. xD
A good way to get them is to post a lot and sell things. Take part in the giving back auction if you can. |
haha I will never have gold for V-day items...well maybe one day :P but not right now. I love the belt though ^^

I have four of the V-day items. The Sash, Pendent, Boa, and Pop. The Giving Back Auctions really help when you want one of them, and they're my main source of Questing help. Sometimes, it seems too hard, but its the St. Patty's Day items that really intimidate me.

I dont have any of the Valentine items, but I really want the belt and skirt. Those are my favorite of the set.

Took me around six months, but I got them all. >XD I worked hard for them, so I doubt I'd forget I had them o3o I find all the items to very pretty, and am happy to own them. The pendant is my favorite, and so no matter the outfit, I always have my Avi were it. It was also a gift, way back when. <3 I'll admit, for a while I almost gave up on ever getting the hairpin, back when they were reaching gigantic heights in their pricing. But I gave up that trail of thought when I saw one for 10k. >XD As for a tip on getting the items... DON'T GIVE UP! XO If you whine and complain about never getting one, YOU'LL NEVER GET ONE! You gotta work for it, and you gotta do so against everyone else on the site who wants a certain items as well, So giving up only works in the other persons favor. Work hard, work steady. |
I really like all the items. I really wish I would have actually participated in the event to get them since I could never afford them now. I just joined before the event so I wasn’t sure on how to work the site yet or if I even wanted to stay around.

i never really cared for the V-day items. the only one i some what like is the belt but i would never quest or look for a buyer.
