The first item I bought was Tigra the Tiger, and I also saved up for Leon the Lion. Those are actually the only items I've ever bought, saving up gold seems to take forever for me.

Scarf of Order. :3 Despite that it was the third item I ever owned (I had some event hairpins) it was still the first I bought and I love it to bits. Though I never even bought an outfit to match it. XD

I bought the panda slippers when I first joined. I should have picked up the bee ones, but I wasn't sure if I really liked this site enough yet or not. But I've been collecting items since then. XD I haven't sold it yet, and I don't intend on doing so. n_n

I don't think that I'm gonna sell it in the future because it's an event item, whose price has a possibility of inflating, thus making it a good investment.. I bought it for 75 gold.. It was the only item in my dream avatar that I could afford at that time.. |

I bought the Blue & Silver Tulip Dress. I had decided to buy a skirt first in order to cover myself for the least amount of gold in one go, plus I just really like dresses.

The first item I ever bought was the Phoenix top, I really liked the set and I was able to buy the entire outfit but technically it's the first thing I bought on here. I didn't buy anything cheaper because I wanted to earn enough gold to buy a whole outfit instead of wearing a rag top or just one thing of clothing at a time. I don't think I'll ever sell it since it's my first look but ya never know.

Well, I bought them at the same time from the same person.
White stockings and a scepter of chaos. I still have them, and as you can see, I'm using the stockings. I haven't used the scepter, as I have yet to find a pretty purple avvie for me to use yet, but I used to wear it. |

I can't remember what I donated for and what I bought. Edit: Oh, and no I wouldn't sell it. I'm not actually big on selling stuff. Unless I have doubles of items, I like to keep everything. I'm always certain I'll find a use for them eventually. |

Though, the first item that I had on Mene was a strawberry iScream cone. Lilim gave it to me for being the first poster on a certain page on her newbie charity thread. I wouldn't sell these items. I only sell things if I somehow end up with a duplicate. And I don't find earning gold here to be difficult at all. xD |
The first item that I ever bought was the carnival hairpin--I'm almost positive. It was either that or the sash of chaos. But I definitely would never sell either one of them. Not only could it be difficult to get them back, but I got those first because I thought they were AWESOME. I love that there's a (not-quite) rainbow item, and I love the colors on the sash. <3 Definitely still some of my favorite items.
As far as buying from the store goes, it was the contacts/glass of blood/vampire teeth back when they came out. I sold them all (and bought two of them back) to get the Valentine Hairpin... That sort of answers whether or not I'd sell them. I would, but I'd buy them back. |

First item I ever bought from the stores was the Halloween Phantom Shirt. It was mistakenly left in the special event store for longer than anything else...but since my account was a day old at the time, I had no idea it was a mistake. I ended up selling it back to the sellback store and buying the Moon Phantom Shirt at full price instead. Even though I can't wear it anymore, I still have it in my inventory, and I will never sell it...because I love the color, and I love what it's called. XP And the fact that it was the first common item I got the way I SHOULD have gotten it is special. |

I've been to other avi sites....but only one or two, and I know that the thing you want to get first is the monthly item(s) Contribution Items...what ever you want to call them.
So I didn't even focus on the commons, I went and decided to get as many CI's as I could. And my first item was a Scarf of Order....and I love it. <33 |
My first official item would be this rag that I'm wearing, although I only bought it so I could trade with other people.
My first emotional item would probably be a collectible. I'm pretty sure it's gonna be the December set, but it might also be a January set, depending on whether I can make gold fast enough. |
