I don't know about you guys - but my new favorite feature is the new Inventory System! :3

I'm terribly OCD about files and folders and such, so I am giddy over the new system. X3

How do you have your Inventory set up? (By color? By outfit? By position on the avatar?)
How many drawers do you have?

Just talk to me about the awesomeness of the Inventory system and being able to name and move your Drawers. 8D

I love the feature too. :] It keeps my inventory very organized and easier to find items. xD I
have three new drawers~ one for the Monthly CIs, Event Items, and Limited Store Items. n__n

I dislike the fact that you can't organize/arrange the items in the drawers you create, though. :[ I tried, but they got all mixed up again. x-X; I heard that you can arrange your Main Inventory without problems, but mine is a mess right now.. and I'm too lazy to organize it. xD Maybe I'll do it by the position on my avatar or by color. :3

I actually only have one drawer right now, besides the two default ones. It's got all my gold items in it. ;D

I love it! Sure, it could use a few tweaks, but it's nothing to rush, yanno?

I arrange my inventory by position, sometimes by size, and within position I arrange them by color.

For instance, All head items come first, crowns, hairclips (the small ones) then hairpins, then headbands, then hats. Within those small categories everything is arranged by color in this order : gold, white, pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black, brown.

Then I have earrings, face items, mouth items, necklaces, scarves, bras, shirts, over shirts / jackets / cloaks, dresses, gloves, belts, underwear, skirts, pants, stockings, socks, shoes, right handheld items, left handheld items, items that go around the whole body (fireflies, snowflakes, etc.) and finally, animals or items that sit on the ground.

I'm not quite sure how to arrange my drawers yet =/

I wanted to do them by position, but it's not that bad in my inventory. I think I will make drawers with my favorite outfits. The only problem with that is if more than one outfit uses the same item. This is why I'm not sure what to do.

That's a feature a lot of people (staff as well as users) want, though. XD So I'm sure once the critical issues with the site get resolved, Ken will bend his MAGNIFICENT MIND towards giving us the ability to have our arrangement within drawers. XD

I have ten drawers (not counting "All" and "Main".) They are:

Tops (Shirts, bras, etc.)
Bottoms (Skirts, pants, panties, etc.)
Feet or Legs (Shoes, stockings, etc.)
Head (Hats, hairpins, headwings, tiaras, etc.)
Hand-Helds (Anything hand-equipped, like swords, staffs, bags, etc.)
Accessories (Gloves, belts, jewelry, etc.)
Back or Cape (Wings, capes, etc.)
Dresses & etc (Dresses plus any other full-body or mostly full-body item. Like the Oddessey suits if I had one.)
Props & Pets (Pets, obviously. But also things like floaties and things that sit at the fett of the avatar.)
Extras (Duplicate items I have.)

I did have a drawer for every color, but then I decided to sort them like the MAC. I have 8 drawers; Dresses, Tops, Bottoms, Footwear, Headwear, Handhelds, Scarves/Belts/etc., and then Gloves. :yes: This is so much easier to find stuff then how it was before. <3

For my inventory, it is just broken up into DI's/Event, Tops/Dresses, skirts/Stockings, Shoes/Etc., and weapons. Yep, not a lot, but that's it. I do not have as many items as I use too, so I can not justify to myself breaking it down any smaller than that.

I love this feature and the subscribing feature. They are by far my most favorite. ^^

I've got:

Stockings
Shirts
Shoes
Lingerie
Accessories
Hats and Hairpins
Handhelds
Cloaks, Scarves, and Sashes
Animals

And within the categories I try to organize by color

I want to be able to put items in more than one drawer (which wouldn't necessarily be logical, but would definitely be cool). Then, I would also have drawers for CIs and EIs. Like, I'd have the bee slippers in both my CIs drawer and my Shoes drawer.

I can't seem to figure out how to put items into drawers......so I've arranged them within the main drawer in this order: Vday 07, st patty's 07, crowns and CIs in order, carnival hairpin, yumeh, new years, cake hats and shirt, 07 halloween and winter sets, 08 event sets in order, then most expensive commons and then according to color...........and by typing this I just realized I put the 07 easter set out of chronological order. XD

You just drag and drop them.

Ahahaha I was about to spazz about how a Mod does not know about dragging... XD
I have 3 drawers. I have main, CIs, and ALL items. I wasn't about to molest the drawers and get one for each of my items... LOL I rearranged my items from CIs(monthly) and events, and by colours for commons. :3

Yes I tried that and it hasn't worked yet for me.......^^;

Is the drawer you want to put them in lighting up green? It won't drop it into the drawer unless the bar lights up green...

And what browser are you using? o_o;

Internet Explorer and it has never turned green. :(

Hmm. I'm not sure why you're having a problem, BrokenHearted.

I just tried in Internet Explorer and when I drag an item from my Inventory to the Drawer I want to drop it in, it'll highlight green and go where I tell it to. :/

Okay I'll keep trying then and see if I can finagle it to work for me.......if not, I'll let you guys know if it's still an issue. :(

At the moment, I just have mine arranged by chronological CI order, and then all event items with their extras and in order of holiday.

My commons are just kind of tossed in at the bottom.

Oh duh, I finally got it to work. ^_^

But now I have a new problem......the fourth drawer I tried to create, it wants to charge me 25 gold for it......is this supposed to be right? :shock:

First three drawers are free. Any after that you have to pay for.

Yes - that's right BrokenHearted! The first three drawers are free. I spent 175 gold getting all of my drawers. XD

Mine would be more organized than it is currently, but I haven't actually bothered to organize it anymore because i r lazy fart. =3
