So what do you all think of the new festive look for the event shop?
I personally like it, and it looks nice, though I think the valentine version was way better.

So do you all like it or not? And why?

*a bit confused* You mean the actual shop itself? Maybe my server hasn't updated but there's hearts all over it and it's pink so....did it look different before? O.o

Yep, the shop look. And yesterday I swear it still had a look for V-day with a heart balloon on top, and hearts painted on the walls.

Woah, that's how it looks to me right now, even the balloon is still there. So...my updates are slow or something. ><; What does the shop look like now?

The balloon is gone, and the weather vane at the top has an orchid on it, plus there are 2 plants outside the shop with orchids growing in them.

Dang! I would like to see that...maybe I have to log out, log back in to see the change. ><;

....It didn't work. ><; Maybe it'll stay like that after the event so I can see it later. *sigh*

EDIT: Also, if you could, could you PM me a screenshot of the valentine one? I forgot to save it, and don't want to wait until next year to see it's beauty again. xDDDD

Mine doesn't look that way yet, but I prefer the V-Day look, this one you show is a bit boring :D Not that I'm complaining.

I like the one with the heart balloon,
because it's the Special Event Store,
so it should look special. :lol:

Here we are, I'm really glad my PrtSc worked this time. ><; Now you have a comparison and the orchid one looks pretty good too but I do say I like the V day one best. I can't wait to see the Halloween version. >w<

Different events call for different decorations...
We don't use Christmas colours for Easter decorations and such XD

It'll be fun to watch it change... *nods*

Its suppose to change with each event, but ken ran out of time to do this in the beginning of the event :P

I like the look of the shop. It's simple and clean, and can be decorated to go with whatever event is going on ^__^

Ah, I can't wait to see halloween either.
I hope there are like, ghosts up by the building flying around it, that would be spectacular, and cobwebs hanging down from that part of the building that sticks out on the left side.

I also still have the old Valentine style Special Edition Store on my shop map. I wonder when it will update for me, I tried refreshing and that didn't change anything.

I think the Orchid version is nice, but I do think the walls are a bit plain because I am so used to seeing hearts on them xD

Minuxe: That's what I thought as well, though there are more decorations for something based on love than there are for a celebration about orchids.

I like the decorations on the event house a lot.

That the shop is changing every time makes sense. I really wonder what we will see for the events to come. OT, but there are certain NPCs I'd like to know about, like the girls that run the tattoo shop and Lingerie Land.

I love that they change, even though i only saw this for the first time just now, both shops look gorgeous though, i can't wait to see the others :)

I haven't check it out again.

usually Ijust go straight to the shops listing.

But yeah, I love the idea of changing
the shop's decoration according to the events.
It's very cute! :insane: Like a real event building.

But the extra details are a little bit too small.
Maybe the decorations can be bigger and more obvious?
like changing the wall and roof painting perhaps? xD

We should keep an album of the changes. :P
