Guys, I'm a currently IN LOVE with another guy who doesn't even go on here so no hitting on me please. :sweat: Sadly, sed guy has no idea that I even like him in the slightest. We're friends right now and I really have a thing for him.

Lol, I'm so sore, excersizing hurts. T_T

Yes, I know how you feel.
I like to excercise when I'm actually doing it, but before and after.....I hate it.

It really hurts after or when you've overdone it though. : <

That's why we have warm ups and cool downs. When you've done those and know your limits than to push thinking it'll give good results right away, you should be okay.

Most people tend to overdo it so---hurt themselves.

The progress takes time and it's pretty gradual.

It takes too long though....:-x
