I love that movie. One of my favorites. It'll make you cry. *wipes a tear away* After watching it, I went online in search for a grape bottlecap pin. I found a store on eBay that sells them. I bought me a grape, cherry, orange and lime one. They're really cool. I put them on my backback. :> Have you already watched it? If not, then you've probably no idea why bottlecaps relate to me buying them. :XD |

O I wanted to watch Up in theaters, but only in 3D. I could have watched it in a nearby theater but it would only be 2D. I guess it doesn't make much of a difference but it's been years since I've seen a 3D movie. @Jean: From my knowledge it's about this young boy scout and an old man that go on an adventure after their house flies up due to being attached to many balloons. That's all I really know from just watching trailers. Oh ya, there is also a cute dog with a collar that allows him to talk! xD |
@ JennyStu : Well, when you posted that, I had already left for the movie to watch it for the first time, so if I had read it then I wouldn't have gotten the bottlecap reference. ^^;; But now that I just got back from watching it, I totally get the reference, and I want my own bottlecap pin too! @Rylynne: O I'm glad you liked the movie a lot. I guess I will just wait until it's out on DVD to rent it.
I remember watching a lot of movies in theaters when I was in the Philippines because it is so cheap there! Where I live it costs $10.05 to watch a normal movie and extra if its 3D. I saw trailers for the Time Traveler's Wife it looks alright. Not the sort of movie I would go to theaters to watch though, I am not that interested in the genre. @Jean: Affiliates just means that you put each others links in your thread so that people that visit the thread can see the link. My definition may be confusing. D: |
@ Jean : Affiliates are when you trade links with people, basically. :3 So that, for example, if someone goes to my quest thread, they can see links to other people's quest threads, and perhaps go and check those out as well. =) It's not as famous here as it is on Gaia, but I'd like to hope that it does help. ^^;; <3<3

@Rylynne: Ya $1=45 pesos. That is still LOADS cheaper than here, I think here 3D would cost $13.50 which is 607 pesos. Plus the movie theaters that I went to there were nicer than the one I go to. Although the one I always go to is old and shabby compared to other ones that are farther from me.
O I see, it's hard to make a romantic movie unique in my opinion. I really hate over-used plot lines too! I just walk away from anything like that. I also hate dumb slapstick comedy or exaggerated faces and emotions that are supposed to be funny. Up is still showing in theaters here, it's just I'm not willing to pay that much to watch it in theaters if it's not 3D. I don't mind waiting anyways, I am cheap like that. xD @Iro: You are also affiliating?! Man, maybe I should go and pixel a quick banner and switch links too! xDxD I don't even know if I have a affiliates section in my quest thread, but I can easily add one. |

I see (I think). I guess I should have more things in more than the first post in my thread.
My Trade shop I only used the first post, and didn't save others. Wow, Rylynne... this is the first time I've really *looked* at the start of your thread. You have everything in there. It's a regular journal. When do you find time to do that? My quest thread is nothing. I've just put the top item that I'm interested in. My Trade store has more information on the things I've bought. I don't think I have any contributions to list, but I probably should list the things that I've won. |

I don't know why it's so expensive... I remember when it was cheaper. Well everything there is cheaper than here except things that are grown right here. Ya love in the real world is unique and complex. I can't expect movie producers to really put so much thought into their movies because they will just do whatever is the simplest and earns the most money. There are always generic types of movies that are known to make money so they just follow that. @Iro: I thought you were only in your mid to early twenties. Maybe you are in your late twenties then? @Jean: Oh ya Rylynne has TONS of stuff in her Quest thread. She was really in-depth with it. My quest thread basically only has information about the things I want and I didn't put much else in there. Ya you should list the things you won, it helps you keep track. |
