No, I don't live anywhere near the beaches. xDD;; An hour or two away, yes. =P There's a beach near the mountains, so from our house in the mountains, we sometimes go drive for another hour and go to the nearby beach. =P <3

@nae - i do know how to drive :yes: i also have my own car lol. I just don't have a FULL license. Licensing here goes up in 3 stages. It's a crock of sh** if you ask me, but heh ... what can i do lol.

@ Chi : A driver's license has 3 stages? o_O;; Over here, there's only 2: student's license and a real license. xDD;; Well, if you count professional drivers' licenses, then that's 3, but you only take the last one if your profession involves driving. 8DD;;

Omg i so wish it was like that here! The licensing here is bullshit seriously. They have to meet a certain quota so like only 3/10 people pass the first time. Rip off B's!!

I'm getting mine when I take my driving lessons either this Christmas break or during our summer break sometime in April. :>

Learners Licence - is just a theory test (this is when your learning to drive). You cannot drive by yourself you must have a full licensed driver in the passenger seat.

Restricted Licence - You can drive by yourself but not after 10pm and not before 5am, you are not allowed passengers unless it is your partner or kids.

Full Licence - Yeah whatever lol.

Your learners' license is exactly like our Student Driver's License. You can get it at age 16 the earliest. :>

And then our normal Driver's License is a combination of your restricted and full licenses. =P It's basically, yeah, drive all you want. 8DD;;

And, umm, I think I already explained what a Professional Driver's License is. :>

We do have something called color-coding though. =O Like, for example, cars with plate numbers that end with either 1 or 2 cannot have full driving privileges during Mondays. Same goes for 3 and 4 for Tuesdays, and so on.

Basically, when you're "color-coded" on a specific day, you cannot drive in between 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm. This law is supposed to reduce the number of cars during rush hours. ^^;;
