The flute! Such a pretty instrument. I took a lot of piano lessons as a child but I've forgotten most of it.

Haha, yeah, it can sounds pretty but it's pretty hard. I've been playing for about 11 years now. I wish I could learn how to play piano. I know a few things and could probably figure out some of the notes.

Yeah - I think the flute looks very hard to play.

It is... but its the greedy property owner... they doubled rent from 26k a year to 52k a year. So obviously they wanted us out... company couldnt afford the rent so we go.

Oh wow - that is a huge jump in rent!
