Thursday it will have been 5 years since his Dad died, and she always has trouble with that day, so we're going to be with her...

We'll go to the grave and stuff.

They taped the funeral.

It's kind of strange, but it's interesting because I know the pastors.
His cousin sang the Lord's Prayer, and it was wonderful.

But then again...I always tell hubby that if he goes before me I'm going to have him cremated and keep him in a vase on the mantle.

I don't know if that's creepy or sweet. I can't decide.

lol....well.... the way I see it, it's LOTS better than having him stuffed and put in the corner.

But see...there's a reason for carrying him around in a vase.

That way I can move back up north, or wherever I want to go, and I don't have to worry about keeping a grave site nice.

well, I suppose that is a good reasoning.
I want to be cremated, but I'd rather just be tossed somewhere so my ashes can become part of the earth.

I'd like to throw some of them in the water in Belize, but I'll keep the rest.

hmm hubby says he doesn't want to be cremated... i say do whatever as long as nobody fights. haha.

I'm not sure what I'd want for me.
Basically I told him to do whatever he felt he needed to do.

I-10 gets crowded by the time we get to Katy though.

I usually have to quit looking at the screen then, or I'll get car sick.
