Looks like somebody gave you a black eye!

We are FINALLY laying (cementing down) tiles.

There were some weird lines in some of the tiles that I decided I didn't like, so we went back to the store.
They told us to just take those tiles out and return them later. Fortunately there were enough boxes left of the same dye lot that we purchased earlier, so we had enough tiles to fill in for the ones I didn't like.

At the rate we're working, we figure that it will take us into August before we're finished with the floor...

no, I'm just naturally evil.

The major problem was that the designer (me) wasn't happy with the tiles until a few days ago.

Now we're all set and working like crazy!

That was back in the 90's though.
